It was great.

I loved the location, cleanness and easy check in/check out. Everything was very close to the apartment, even the bus stop from and to the brussels airport, or intercity transport.

I didn't like that I had to pay 200 EUR for deposit which cost me additional 50 euros for the safe transaction.

Location is central. Parking could be found in nearby streets. Huge apartment for big groups Lift works

Dishwasher cannot be opened. Air conditioning - no remote found to operate. No curtains in tub shower area.

AC beeps all night, no light in the toilet, no wifi, no tv. the host only answers messages when it comes to paying a dep

the property is spacious and in a good location but in poor condition.

the host requested €200 as a deposit before giving us the key code to enter the property. we paid as requested and left the apartment in clean condition but she refunded €190 then ignored all our messages asking for it back. the property as DOES NOT have wifi, no tv. there’s no light in the toilet and the air condition beeps all night. lights flicker and the neighbours bang on the walls loudly every so often. very poor quality of sleep with all the noise and hassle.

The Worst Host ever even though the apartment was spacious and clean

Spacious and good location

The host wasn’t friendly, It took me more than 3 hours for the self check-in because of the host. she didn’t want to give me the code to get access into room. it was raining and very cold too. this was the worst accommodation I have stayed and I will never 👎 book this apartment. I have a lot to say about this place. I made part payment on this booking app. for my stay. and the remaining balance was to be paid at the property as indicated on my booking profile. so I had the remaining in cash to pay at the property before check-in. the host sent me a message to make bank transfer for the remaining balance. I didn’t have enough on my bank account but I have the money in cash whilst it was raining ☔️ and the whether was cold too. she was still insisting I make the bank transfer instead of cash. I had to call her over and over to explain my situation to. I was leading a group of 10 people including me for a medical conference in Antwerp UZA. Everyone started complaining that why is the host stressing us. Later on the host gave me an address (9km) where I can make the cash payment with a deposit of 200euros. know very well we traveled just for medical conference. I beg her and she later agreed that someone will come to the apartment and take the cash from us and check us in. the was only 1 toilet roll for 10 people for 4days. Just imagine. I called to make that complain that there was only one toilet roll, the host told me to go and get it by myself from the supermarket. I think, I just have to end it here. but I really have a lot to say about this place.

Good accomodation for larger groups to visit the nightlife and historical highlights of Antwerp.

The location was absolutely superb. Distance to the old town was about 15 minutes by foot, convenience store was located directly below the apartment, larger super markets less than 5 minutes away by foot. Major fast food joints, sandwich stores and restaurants were located nearby as well. Great apartments for larger group of friends who just need somewhere to sleep and don't necessarily need the most comfort. Communication with the host was fine. Key lock boxes were present to retrieve and return the keys. Deposit was returned within 3 days after departure. No complaints here.

One of the two apartments we rented did not have an actual shower. It just had a bath tub with a shower hose + head, that's it. Some beds were better than the other, all were definitely very springy. Airconditioning remote was nowhere to be found, so these did not work. Therefore the inner rooms heated up very quickly. Although the apartment rules were very clear we could not make any noise, it was clear that the neighbouring children did not have similar rules. Starting from 8 o clock in the morning, on weekends, the inner yard became very noisy. Woke us up both nights we stayed there. A shame.

Felt like a really cheap hostel in an apartment which used to be nice.

Location was good, prices better than others, lots of beds.

Beds were uncomfortable, didn’t feel clean, air conditioner did not work, host didn’t answer when asked questions, charged a deposit even though not written in description, tried to charge tourist tax for kids until I told her I would dispute the payment.

Great communal room. Really nice for hanging out with friends after exploring the city. Really close to a lot of great locations. Corner shops and places for food.

The beds were very springy, and I didn't find them the most comfortable.

Er missen wat kleine dingen in het appartement zoals vaatwasser en een douchecabine. Er is wel een bad met een douchekop.

Groot appartement op een goed te bereiken locatie! Dicht bij het centrum, heel veel ruimte. Erg enthousiast.

Sarebbe stata più comoda una doccia al posto della vasca. Essendo in 12 sarebbe servita qualche salvietta in più per la comodità, e qualche coperta in più per le temperature.

TERRIFICANTE

Appartamento sporco, lenzuola con residui di capelli e peli pubici. Balcone inesistente, è un lucernario ROTTO adibito a raccolta mozziconi di sigarette (vedi foto). In generale le condizioni dell'appartamento sono veramente pessime: pavimento con piastrelle rotte, finestre senza maniglie o rotte. Stoviglie sporche e inutilizzabili. Abbiamo subito reclamato la poca pulizia all'host che ci ha scritto: provvederò ad avvisare la signora delle pulizie. Non si è visto nessuno!! Tra l'altro è richiesta una caparra di 200 euro che, in caso di non rispetto delle regole della casa non viene restituita. Tale indicazione faceva presuppore standard alto... invece è stala la PEGGIORE ESPERIENZA DI SEMPRE.

Ruim appartement, voldoende faciliteiten, goede locatie in Antwerpen, voor een redelijke prijs.

Locatie was goed.

Wij ontvingen berichten over gezeur van klagende buren over herrie makende kleine kinderen. Dit terwijl wij de hele dag en avond daar niet aanwezig zijn geweest. Wij waren die nacht pas om 03:00 uur thuis. Verder hebben geen kleine kinderen meer. Er is daar in het verleden waarschijnlijk veel mis gegaan, want de medebewoners van het complex staan zo te zien op scherp.

Enkel irritant dat je je moest douchen in een bad en dus niet echt kon rechtstaand douchen. Ook dat er maar 1 badkamer was, maar dat wisten we.
