Рядом зоопарк.
I don't understand how these apartments got an 8-star rating. They're ripping off tourists! The ratings are clearly inflated and don't reflect reality. Without warning, we were moved to a different room than the one we booked. It was very uncomfortable. The windows let in cold and street noise, and the interior and furniture were old. The bed linens, mattresses, and pillows were of terrible quality! Wires were sticking out of the light fixture above the bed. There was no sponge to wash dishes or rag to wipe the table in the kitchen. The tiles on the floor are very cold everywhere. The neighbors were very noisy. Someone was yelling aggressively in the entryway at night, and there were some kind of fights. We couldn't sleep all night; we felt unsafe! We ended up leaving early and checking into another hotel. Our experience and mood from our trip to Antwerp were ruined! Choosing these apartments was a big mistake! The location is terrible. When we asked to move to the room we originally booked, we were denied.

Very quiet, cozy, clean, good, spacious place, I highly recommend it, everyone should go there, Located right in the center close to everything, you go down and everything is right below the building, very good, the energy of the place is also very good.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the apartment is quite old, ours wasn’t renovated.

The apartment was conveniently located near to the Central train and bus stations. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. The manager/ owner was very helpful and obliging.
The area was on the seedy side and as two women we were not very comfortable going out after dark. The neighbours in surrounding apartments were very noisy and were shouting and playing loud music all hours of the night. The lift sounded as if people were dragging pipes around in the ceiling. Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep at night. If noise doesn’t bother you then this is a great apartment

Fantastic host and great location!

Convenient location been 4 minutes walk away from the beautiful Antwerp station. Ideal for a single person to sleep comfortably.
The layout of this apartment feels a little bit claustrophobic and small. The bed is a very small double bed and outdated. We (2 friends) did not have any additional bedding provided during our 5 day stay.Ther was a sofa bed but no blankets. Also there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap or body wash provided either. There is no drinking water provided upon arrival or in the fridge so buy drinks on your way , no salt and pepper or oils in the kitchen.

We were met by the host who was friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious, which was great for 2 adults and 2 teens, as well as the smart TV and wifi. The apartment is an extremely central location with bars, restaurants, supermarket, train station, tourist attractions, all within walking distance.
The kitchen wasn't that well equipped for a self catering stay and the furniture in the lounge/dining area was tired and needs replacing (had rips/cigarette burns etc). The sofa was uncomfortable and the shower pressure was poor which made hair washing quite difficult. By far the worst thing was the overwhelming smell in the common stair, which we could often smell in the hallway of the flat - we think it is meat from the butcher shop on the ground floor - whatever it was, it was extremely unpleasant!

Location, apartment size
No enough amenities

The host was very kind and flexible. When we had train issues, they arranged an extra day at the last minute for a fair rate. They also adjusted the tourist taxes when one of our friends couldn’t make it and allowed a later checkout, which made things easier for us. Communication was quick and clear, and we always got a response when needed.
The apartment was spacious and clean, with enough room for our group. The location is extremely practical — only a two‑minute walk from Antwerp Central Station — which makes it a good base if you’re in town for a festival like Tomorrowland or planning day trips to Ghent, Bruges, or Brussels.
The fridge barely cooled, the TV’s smart functions struggled to connect, and the Wi‑Fi was weak in the bedrooms. The central station area, while very convenient, was also noisy and a bit polluted — not ideal if you’re after a calm, relaxing city break and won’t be using the trains much.

The best location, nice owners, newly renovated flat with a TV, shops and restaurants really close, 2 public transport stations very near

Realy good location, very close to Antwerp Central Station.
Got the impression this was renovated property. Did not look like it. We could not close the window facing the street, it was wired with a thread so it would not open completely. One of the bedrooms was a windowless room with a rectangular cut off above the door. Probably the only reason I did not suffocate in my sleep 🤣. Heavy smell in the entry and the lift.

On the bright side, early check-in was a real plus, and the location is fantastic for exploring Antwerp. Honestly, the city is so tempting that you’ll want to spend as little time as possible in the apartment itself.
All in all, if you’re after a simple base with a great location and don’t mind a few quirks, this place might suit you. Reasonable value for money.
We had quite the memorable stay at this apartment. On arrival, we noticed a rather distinctive mix of sausage scent and, when that faded, a faint hint of sewer. Not exactly fresh air, but it certainly kept things interesting.
The apartment was fairly basic in terms of amenities. There was just enough loo roll to get by, but no dishcloths or washing-up brushes, so washing up became a bit of an unexpected hands-on experience—almost like a mini spa treatment. The coffee machine, which was meant to be there, was nowhere to be found, so coffee lovers might want to bring their own or better: check out one of the lovely coffee bars.
Netflix was advertised, but the shared account was so heavily used that we never managed to log in. Instead, we enjoyed the lively background noise from the neighbours, who seemed fond of shouting and door-slamming, accompanied by the constant rattling of the lift nearby.
The curtains deserve a mention too—they did little to block out the sunlight, so early risers beware.

Very spacious and clean. Centrally located, near Central station, the Zoo, and within walking distance to the shopping streets of De Meir.
5.0 / 10.0
The location was excellent and central to Antwerp. Perhaps the best bit about the apartment.
1. There was a foul smell coming out of the washroom right after the first shower. Perhaps the drains were clogged, musty or unclean but it was a very bad stench. We had a hard time using the washroom.
2. There were no mirrors in the apartment apart from the one in the washroom. It made it difficult for any lady to properly get ready or use hair tools. My holiday was partially ruined because of the lack of this basic facility.
3. The pillows were broken & the mattress & bedding was flimsy & of the poorest quality. Very uncomfortable.
4. Given that it was in a busy area of the city, there was no double glazing on the windows. It felt like we are sleeping in the middle of the street every night. Not relaxing at all. The "renovation" is of the cheapest quality possible.
5. The kitchen was listed as equipped but it was partially equipped only with very old scratched pans not worth using.
6. Two of the chairs were broken too & an adult couldn't sit on them as the foam had worn out and you could feel the wooden sticks.
7. It was advertised that it has Netflix but later on told that the guests can use it on their own account. Should be advertised at smart tv instead of streaming available.

It is conveniently located very close to the train station, with supermarkets close by. Very clean, good WiFi, well equipped.
Very noisy. Kept hearing screaming from neighbors at night. No blackout in living room so if you want ventilation in the bedroom you see lots of light from outside.
Main bed is smaller than queen size. Felt a little tight.
Towels had funny smell.

Location was great, the apartments were fully renovated
There's a strong smell in the corridors coming from the grocery store downstairs, which is quite bothersome.
In one of the apartments we had issues with hot water, even following the instructions given by the owner.
It's an old building located in the city center, so it can be quite noisy.

Apartment is great.....
Very handy for station!
Area rather dubious... take care at night, don't go alone if possible.
Bathroom needs fan for ventilation...

Super near to the train station
Our apartment was on the principal road and the windows were super thin, It was a 7 floor and you can listen to the cars a lot, It was raining and super windy and the rain was entertaining a bit for the living room window. The mattress of the beds are super uncomfortable

Apartment was very clean and it a great location near the Central Station and Antwerp Zoo, main shops were only 800m away and easy to get to.
Noise of footsteps on a tiled floor in the apartment above throughout the night was irritating. Not sure if the microwave was also an oven as there were no instructions.

Great location.
Not quite as described, but still acceptable.
3.0 / 10.0
Great location, spacious apartment, smooth check-in process
The hot water could only last for a super fast shower of 1 person. There was no heating at night contrary to the description. The bed and pillows were in really bad shape and not comfortable at all. The apartment had no insulation either and noisy neighbors could be heard loudly 24/7. The apartment could definitely be cleaner as well.

The location is excellent, it was an easy walk from the main train station. The host met us on arrival to hand over the keys. We were 2 couples traveling together and there was more than enough space for all of us. Lovely large main room and kitchen area, with lots of light. There is grocery store conveniently located at street level, and we were within walking distance of shopping, the main market, and all the attractions. Would highly recommend!

Near the central station, in walking distance to the city center. Area is a bit rough and cozy at the same time. Hosts are very friendly.

This property consist of several apartments (if you are allocated apartment 2A or 2B they are small and terrible, we were moved to 1C which has lots more space, but with old cheap furniture
Apartment 1C the decor is terrible 1960's, the kitchen utensils are the cheapest from IKEA, the beds are cheap domestic units ( very soft), the bed linen was cheap, man-made fibre, with a colour combination that gave you a headache

Spacious apartment just a few hundreds meters away from the central railway station.
Location is noisy, dirty and smelly.
Loud traffic and noise from bars on the street, old windows can’t cope to seal from it.

The apartment was close to Centraal Station and only a short walk from the city centre. A small supermarket on the ground floor provided all our grocery needs. Although on a busy street, the apartment was quiet and peaceful.
The building contains several rental apartments but the website shows photos from a number of these. It is unclear which one is being booked.

The accommodation is situated close to the main train station as well as the town centre. All within walking distance.
We were three adults using the facility, which was big enough to accommodate us all. It had a separate bedroom, with a kitchen lounge area. The accommodation was clean, with a well equipped kitchen, catering for all our needs.
Does get a bit noisy at times as it is situated next to a busy road.
8.0 / 10.0
The apartment location was great a few minutes walk from Antwerp Central railway station and even closer to the main metro and tram stops. There is a small shop next to the apartments to get all the essentials when you arrive and larger supermarkets close by. Due to its central location the area is well served with bars restaurants and cafes and our host was happy to point out the best places to go.
While the apartment had all the basic equipment a few more towels would have been appreciated.
