It features two bedrooms, including one with two double beds and two single beds, and another with a double bed and two futon beds. The living room adds two sofa beds along with a seating area and dining table, creating a flexible setup that works well for both socializing and resting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and essential cookware, making it convenient for preparing meals during your stay. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures comfort, while amenities such as Wi-Fi, heating, air purifiers, and a private entrance enhance the overall experience.

The apartment was missing a wardrobe and a few storage options like a chest of drawers and a towel rail, I noticed the main entrance was sometimes left ajar, and there was a fire alarm, which made me wonder about potential smoking, However, the location was ideal for my conference at the university, Picking up the key was a breeze, and getting there from the lovely train station was quite easy,

The living room had a view of a wall, and there was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom, I was surprised that the dishwasher wasn't mentioned in the amenities, even though it was available, However, the apartment itself was quite spacious and tidy, The location was ideal for easy access to the city center and for visiting the AFAS Dome (Sportpaleis),

The only minor point I noticed was the internet connection - my room didn't have access, However, since I was just staying for one night for leisure, it wasn't a big deal for me, If I were on a business trip, it might have been a concern, I did see that neighboring rooms had WiFi, so it could have been a temporary glitch, The facilities exceeded my expectations based on what I saw online, The space was generous, and I found the location and amenities to be excellent for the price, The shower and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, and the bed was great too, especially since I'm 6'6, Just a heads-up for those checking in: the reception is about 1km down the road, so be sure to read the details carefully, It wasn't a problem for me at all, and the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating,
