Great place for the price with an amazing location!

The spacious apartment, kitchen and living room. The bathroom. The provided kitchen tools/utensils/devices.

The mattresses for the bunk beds. The bathroom lock & handle installations. The lack of more outputs/extenders in rooms.

Apartment was decent but the deposit was a major negative surprise.

It was close to the main station, Antwerpen Centraal. Place was clean, beds were comfy even though they were simple. Washing machine is a plus imo.

The 200€ deposit was not included in the full price, so it was a bit of a surprise just a week before arrival. The bathroom door lock was not working and the noise from the street is constant, even at 5 am.

A great place to stay

The apartment is located near the city center. It was extremely clean and it was very pleasant to find some extra commodities like chocolates or tea. The beds were comfortable and overall everything was great.

Not bad itself, but bear in mind that there isn't any elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. There isn't any ring and it was slightly noisy outside.

Great location, hard to communicate with host

The apartment is nice and spacious. Great location

Communicating with the host was very difficult, we got to an agreement before confirming our booking that we can pay the taxes in cash. We arrived without any access codes or anyone awaiting us there even though we confirmed our arrival time. We then checked if we can still pay in cash and they sent us to a location 30 mins away with all our luggage to pay the taxes in order to send us the access codes. Basically around an hour stranded with our luggage. The floor was not very clean.

They dont let me in yesterday and i ask to refund my payment but until now now and id tried also to rebook for today but they keep refusing it

The rules and this is one of my properties in antwerp that still using my VAT number actually not only this apartments.. all the hotels connected to my investments they are blocking me to access and give my benefits as part of this businesses

We were sent the wrong passcode to pick our keys, it took the kindness of neighbours to contact the landlord to get the right code as we have no WiFi assess. We waited for two hours to gain assess.

The location was wonderful. Close to central station, downtown shopping and restaurants, and our work location.

The owners pile their trash in the indoor entryway to the apartment so the smells are disgusting and make their way into each apartment. We found knives laying on the floor entryway and mice running around. So much trash piles up inside that we couldn’t get our bags through the hallway. We found 6 mice in both apartments, and dead mice on the rooftop. Looking out the living room windows is a nasty location where they put their cigarettes and trash. It’s a covered area of the restaurant below. I have pictures and videos of all of it.

Fraudsters and Unprofessionals

Absolutely NOTHING….

After booking the property they sends you a message to pay extra €200 in their bank account or they will not give you the keys to enter the apartment. The customer service of this property is a joke. They give you a time and then they make you drive around the city and spend €5 for parking to pay €12 to get the info of the keys to enter into the property. I have all the messages to prove how bad is their customer service and response and I will be sharing them on all the social media platforms. Then in the freezing cold none of the heaters work unless you message them and wait for hours for their response to how to turn them on. Oh!!! Oh!!! And the stairs are so steep and dangerous that they are serious OPERATIONAL HAZARD… To carry your bags from ground to 2nd floor is like climbing Mount Everest and I bet Mount Everest would have been easier… Out of all the places we have stayed so far this is the worst ever experience and O seriously would not recommend anyone else to use this property. I normally don’t leave long reviews so you can image how UPSET I AM… 😡😡😡

The stay itself is good as it is in the heart off all the attraction

Breakfast was not included but the ability to do your own laundry is a plus point

The neighborhood is a bit challenging around the hotel but after a mile or so from the hotel all is great. Also please make sure the shops around do not add stuff ( food trash) in the walkway as this odor is very bad for guests. Had i known before I would have chosen another location

just awful, ruined the trip

This is not family friendly at all. The location is extremely noisy. you may aswell place a bed in Oxford very noisy. you may aswell place a bed in Oxford street on a Saturday afternoon. people running up the stairs banging on doors. This is actually above a takeaway and it absolutely stunk of raw meat. there must have been been 100 sacks full of god knows what at the bottom of the stairs attracting rats. disgusting

the actual apartment is spacious and clean

the host asks for a 200 euro deposit. I’m from Australia visiting Europe on a holiday so it is quite difficult for me to do an international bank transfer to a EU bank account. it was difficult arranging Ger international bank transfer as I booked this apartment last minute. the host was quite aggressive and unfriendly at this point

Great location with spacious and really clean apartment.

Was a nightmare to get in touch with the host, as she won`t give you the keycode to the apartment until you finish the overprice 200 euros deposit in an Belgium personal bank account (the amount necessary for the deposit was twice the total booking price, from the begging I doubted about a fraude/scammer). As I don`t own a Belgium/EU bank account was really difficult to make the required deposit (the host also wasn`t flexible at all at this point). Besides this nightmare, the apartment was great, clean and the location was superb. I gave really bad ratting due to to this stressful and non-professional method of making deposit.
