Space in the living room.
Going to a different place to pay the city tax. Would have been better if I could drop the city tax in a cash box in the apartment itself. Parking space information in the question and answer section while booking the apartment stated it is available at a charge of Euro 10 per night. May be that is a very old information.

Apartment had nice sleeping accommodation and enough room for all. Instructions for checkin were very clear. Enough street parking, but only valid for 3 hours. Thereafter you must wait 30min before being able to check in your car again.
We had some additional questions after checking in, but no response from host after receiving instructions for check in. Also there was no oven and weird smell in the stair/hall way.
