room space
there was a very strong smell coming from the toilet. The walls are thin, and you can hear the conversation through the wall.

PROS - the room was huge, clean, with a decent kitchenette, in an interesting historic building, with a lift, in a decent part of town, walking distance to town and the festival at Waagnatie we were attending. There was hot water and the bathroom, while small and old, was functional. The manager was very friendly.
CONS - the room is poorly furnished with very cheap furniture and only one bedside table. The single beds were very basic with a foam mattress. While the room was very clean, it also smelled heavily of floor cleaner and bleach. The only window is frosted because it looks onto the inside of the building, so very little natural light and no fresh air. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. The door lock was not secure, a good shove would break it. The whole place is old and falling apart. But good value for the size and location.

Very large room, nice facilities, friendly host, nice location.
Elevator was a bit slow and old, walls were not very soundproof.

Comfortable bed And pillow. Kitchen in the room.
Didnt have heating it was cold, it only has auxiliary electrical heater but they charge you the cost of the extra energy. The 0 floor bedroom corridor was not insulated from the exterior they only have a Big metallic door to go outside.
