Very disappointing experience. We were wrongly charged €120 for damage that was already present before our arrival. From the start, the apartment had several issues: a broken door handle, no hot water because the boiler was turned off (we only discovered how to turn it on about two hours before leaving), and leftover items from previous guests such as dried candy on the balcony and a wet towel that had not been removed. On top of that, we were moved to another apartment because there was no key in the key box. We had to carry heavy luggage to the new location, only to find out that the key box there still had the same code, which was never changed. This created a serious security risk, as anyone could access the apartment. Despite all these problems, the host deducted €120 from our deposit for an issue we did not cause. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. We strongly disagree with this charge and would not recommend staying here.

The host is accepting double booking for this appartment and then offering another dirty appartment!

That she answered the phone after 20 times calling and that she just told me to give back the money but then disconected the phone and disapered

DANGER! 50% chance of being scamed! Upon arriving late at night, the keys were not in the lockbox as mentioned, and the host ignored my calls, after many calls she answered and said that ththere is currently no hot water or heating so she cant rent it out - but i checked and saw that everything is working and saw that someone else was sleeping in the appartment

Location was okay.

condition of apartment was horrendous, various broken floor boards and kitchen smelling awful. not to mention the balcony at the rear of the apartment was filled with rubbish bags which were smelling. 3 of my friends have came home from this trip with BED BUGS diagnosed by a doctor. OWNER DID NOT REFUND THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FULLY AND MADE UP EXCUSES SAYING SHE HAD TO PAY MORE CITY TAX ETC WHEN IT ALREADY HAD BEEN PAID BY MYSELF TWICE. also owner now not replying to my messages trying to get my money back

The only good thing of the apartment is that is spacious.

One of the worst accomodation to have ever stayed!!I booked the stay the same day and the owner didn't tell the informations for the apartment until you pay tha ''damage'' deposit + city tax per person. When payed she didn't reply until i contacted with booking. The apartment was full of damages, so what's the point of ''damage'' deposit? Not working lights, wall with zero noice cancellation, damaged furnitures are only some of many issues.

This property was very clean and great location. it had all the amenities you would want and expect. The staff where quick to respond and helpful.

There where a number of lights that didn’t work. the stairs are not ideal for visitors with suitcases.

Address advertised was different to that on Booking.com so ended up in a different address after a 9 hours drive (true address only given via message after damage deposit paid which is easily missed). Damage deposit requested by bank transfer which is not ideal for business. Managed to negotiate payment via PayPal through Booking.com but this meant refund was subject to charges costing more money. Parking around the corner from the apartment, but not easy on first night if you're unfamiliar with area. Location not very relaxing or welcoming and did not feel safe or comfortable, especially if arriving late. Nothing close to find food or drink. Apartment smelt and felt damp. Bunk beds uncomfortable and not ideal for adults on business trip. Very cold and heating will not turn up. No one slept and was glad to leave the next morning. Can't recommend.

De handleiding van het kluisje was niet correct. Ipv dat het kluisje binnen zat in de postbus, blijkt deze buiten te zitten aan de zijkant van de gevel. Host heeft niet gereageerd. Zie foto met maar één kluisje voor verdieping 1, andere is weg. Gelukkig was het nog niet donker en zag iemand het

Prima locatie als je van een kort stuk wandelen houdt. Binnen 20 min in het centrum

We kregen de verkeerde woning. Ik heb een appartement Met een 2-personen bed geboekt en kreeg stapelbedden en een onbeleefde gastvrouw. Ze kon niets voor me doen en vroeg of ik mijn geld terug wilde. Dat gebeurde toen we eenmaal daar waren en 2 uur verder aan het bellen. Eerste avond ook zonder wifi gebleven omdat de eigenaar niet de code wist. Kortom ons vakantie is flink verpest door dit appartement. Daarnaast vonden we nog de was hangen midden in de huiskamer en de verwarming was oeroud en maakte herrie. Douche is hopeloos en niet te genieten. Was heet of koud , geen middenweg.
