Leaking roof

The location

There was a leaking roof in the bathroom, which caused the light in the bathroom(without a window) to stop working. And it stay so for the rest of our stay( 4 days more) because the technical service were not operating during holidays. Also poor insulation. You can hear the others, and they also found it annoying that we were playing board games until late

Amazing

Everything was amazing!!! The hosts were great, they communicated everything with time and they gave all the indications and informations before the arrival and they were always available for every question. We had to put our bags somewhere to visit the city and they helped us solve that situation without asking!!

The kindness and understanding of the staff as I was without internet and had not received the details on how to enter the property. I really appreciated to be guided on this occasion... The spaciousness, the tidiness and cleanliness. the tea & coffee.

Great spot for a short stay

Great central location, spacious, had everything I needed. Was worried about the reviews mentioning noise and bedbugs but had no issues with either at all. (Stayed on a public holiday so bars were closed.)

Nice accommodation but too noisy at night

The host was nice in her messages, The check-in and check-out were easy thanks to the given instructions, The studio was clean, Excellent kitchen facilities, Big shower, Bid bed

We received a message the morning of our check-in because they found bed bugs in the studio that we originally booked. So they kindly offered to relocate us in another of their studio. The new one had a narrow staircase to get in and a darker ambiance, however the accomodation was still nice.... Until bedtime! The new location was on "Oude Koornmarkt", a busy street with a lot of restaurants. We both woke up many times during the night (lot of drunk? people shouting in the street), and in the morning because of truck deliveries for nearby restaurants. We didn't rest properly and were tired the following day. In conclusion, the accommodation was good but the sound isolation was bad. We're not sure that we'll try the same residence for our future trips to Antwerp.

Bedbugs

PLS don’t go there. BEDBUGS. We have bits all over our body’s and could throw always all our stuff. Luckily they refunded us but still it’s not clean, the bathroom is very dirty, water was leaking from the bathroom and nobody helped us. Last day we discovered bedbugs every since then I am sick and iches everywhere not speaking the emotional damage and money damage we have bc we needed to throw away all our stuff. Feels like a never ending nightmare since we discovered it.

Close to shops and some attractions

Dining chairs were dirty with stains. Not even hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom Awkward to enter shower as the shower screen is almost to the end of the tapering wall. Useful reviews from previous guests about the stairs… we were at the top floor so it is quite an effort even with just hand carry luggage

Perfect place to stay

Very nice, clean and comforting room. It had everything you needed! Very good location near the centre but not too loud to sleep at night. Staff was very helpful during our stay. We needed something regarding our stay and they helped us the best way possible! I highly recommend them and will surely stay here again in Antwerp!

Fantastic

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and located in a super central area, which made it easy to explore everything on foot. The kitchen was very well equipped — perfect for a family trip, with everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The host was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help us with all our requests, from local tips to quick responses. We really appreciated the warm welcome and personal touches. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

A few days in Antwerpen

Perfect place for staying in Antwerpen. City center, next to the river and Cathédrale. Very friendly staff. Appartement has everything you need for a few days.

It was a bit inconvenient to walk to the top floor every time.

accommodation was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Location is excellent. There are lots of restaurants pubs and cafes nearby, but this is a party district if someone like hustle and bustle. Close to the metro and the boat station.

It was described as a coffee maker, but in reality it was just a manual plunger maker.. There was an all night long tecno party at the building on Saturday night. If someone is looking for this, that's fine, if not, that's fine if they know and the accommodation indicates this in the description in some way. Other than that, the accommodation was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Pleasant flat in an excellent location - spoiled by he other tennants.

Great location, clean and well equiped.

Unfortunately my stay was ruined by selfish, rude and ignorant others in the flats above and below. These horrid people were up all through the night singing, TV on loud, and noisy Sex (pitty the woman !!). Part of the problem is the level of insulation between floors - but it s no excuse - the rules clearly state no noise after 10 pm and before 7 am. One couple were actually smoking pot the smoke of which filled my room above and made me feel sick. I had to leave early, which in my case was possible.

Great spot if you don't mind being so close to the center. A little noisy because of street noise.

Really good location. You can pretty much roll to the Old Town.Incredibly convenient. We are on the street level. However, it did not bother us as we are aware of it. The accommodation provided ear plugs for the noise if needed. We had pretty calm nights so it was good. We like that we are so near to all restaurants, pubs, cafes, supermarket, attractions, etc... The room is clean and big enough for our needs. We like the convenience of self check-in and check out. So no fault. It was a good stay for us.

Bed bugs

I rented apt.nr.6 for one week, it was a horrible experience because in the fifth day i found out that they have bed bugs inside the apartament , the sympotms started from the first night but i tought that is something from food poisoning , i didnt expect that they will have bed bugs because at the first look the apartament looked nice , so as soon as i found them inside the apartament i let them now and i left from there (with 2 nights earlier ) so i asked them for a refund and they refused , they was not very understanding about the situation . Disappointing

Poor management. The host booked me in a room which was occupied by others. It wasn't a pleasant experience being greeted by a half naked person in the room that I was supposed to stay. The host didn't pick up the phone upon several attempts of calling. I was forced to wait in the lobby 15 mins before they sorted a spare room for me which hardly looked like the photos of the room that I originally tried booking.
