Need to general cleaning

good location, good price to quality , big rooms and elevator.

Everything would be fine if the owners monitored the cleanliness of the apartment. We were met with a dirty carpet covered in chips and lint on the floor. It was impossible for four people to sleep in the apartment because the sofa in the living room was broken, and a piece fell out where the sofa bed would fold out. Fortunately, the children were thin, so we decided to sleep on the king-size bed, and my husband on the broken sofa. All the cutlery, plates, and glasses were dirty. There were no towels for four people. There were still dirty rags and sgood locationheets in the washing machine (unfinished cleaning). An ashtray on the balcony wasn't emptied. The bathroom furniture was very worn and cracked. The toilet and grout lines also needed a thorough cleaning, as they were very dirty. The empty bottles in the bar don't make a good impression; on the contrary, I think they're tacky. In addition, the lack of a proper smart TV is a big minus because not everyone wants to install the Google Chromecast app to watch anything after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is great, in a good location, but very rundown.

Good location, easy access to the city. Kitchen was fairly well set up.

Pillows were terrible, too much light in the bedroom . Dishwasher hard to access -didn’t use it. Not sure about the extra payment that was requested.

Live like a resident in Antwerp

Super location, quiet street at night, close to the south city center. Easy access to Velo bike stations and public transport. 2 supermarkets in 5 min. distance , very nice cafe too. Some simple restaurants too. Antwerpen feel like inside the flat, authentic. Communication ok , quick responses on whatsapp. Very Sapcious fell like, nicely equipped kitchen, nice dining area. Clean feel. Quiet sleeping room.

Lift : really maximum 1 person at the same time . Not a nice feeling inside. Stairs are steep as ususal in Benelux.. Mosquito net on the living room would be handy too. (The sleeping room has it) The shower head holder was broken ( beside normal use ) simply it was time to replace, good and fair reactions from the hosts.

Great location, clean, comfy. Great communication with host. Have used the apartment twice so far as it is idea for when visiting our daughter.

Good

The flat is really cozy and located close to the Antwerpen Centraal station and shopping street. We used a tram and a bus to go there. There is a small supermarket (Proxy) near by and a bigger supermarket just in about 1 km.

The only thing we didn't like was the elevator. It is really small. For most travelers it should be fine, but we traveled with a baby in a full-size baby-stroller. And the baby-stroller didn't fit into the elevator. So, each time I had to separate the platform and the seat and took elevator multiple times. It should be fine if your baby-stroller is of umbrella type, but if it is big -- better book another place with bigger elevator.

Nice value for money, just needs better cleaning overall

Location, staff, easy communication. Room was ready before check-in time which we really appreciated.

Kitchen area was a mess. Every cutlery, dishes, glasses were dirty. Microwave very dirty with grease all over it - smoke started to come out when we first used it. No blackouts on living/dining area where third person slept which wasn't very comfortable in the morning.

Visiting our daughter and partner. Perfect location for that and also, for the town and train station. Supermarket at the end of the street . Nothing negative to say and have booked for a return visit.

Great for an affordable self catered stay in Antwerp

Well furnished and nice appartment in a quiet residence area. Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as public transportation (tram, bus, bikes). Parking on the street is possible for 5 Euros per day. The hosts are very friendly and responsive to questions and requests and have a lot of tips which they provide in an infomation manual in the appartment. Highly reccomended.

Fijn ingericht en onderhouden appartement en toplocatie

Je kan niet melden dat er een lift is en ‘vergeten’ melden dat de lift reeds meer dan 2 maanden buiten dienst is. Als je ernaar vraagt melden dat je het net gehoord hebt en dat ze de volgende dag langskomen terwijl de liftdeur een sticker heeft met de melding dat deze reeds maanden buiten dienst is Als iemand slecht te been is, is dit geen detail.

Het zetelbed was stuk. Het was vervelend voor de kinderen om op te slapen. De stukken rolde steeds uit elkaar, het was ook onvoldoende stabiel voor gebruik

Rustige locatie

Rustige locatie. Prima keuken. Leuk monopolyspel.

Harde bedden en slaapbank en stoelen, vrij kleine douche, nat beddengoed en handdoeken in de kast. De wasmachine zat ook vol nat wasgoed. Gebruiksaanwijzingen van apparatuur zouden handig zijn geweest.
