We would not repeat. It’s not worth it.

Only the location.

Noisy. The description doesn't match reality: the apartment doesn't have a TV. The drains are half-clogged, and the room feels like a brothel.

Great location, weird experience

Great location, close to city centre, cafes available close The apartment is cosy enough (it doesn't look like the pics though, the walls are green now)

They said that something needed to be fixed with the boiler and they just straight up let themselves into the appartment. No checking before, no message, not even knocking on the door. I went to grab a coffee and upon my return I just saw two strangers into the appartment. That was very freaky and strange! Poor communication with the staff - they mentioned two different checkout hours and I had to double check to make sure I left at the right time. This wouldn't have been such an issue if they didn't slap a 25€ on you if you missed the checkout time.

Filthy Scammers

Bunch of scammers. We were not let into the property me and my disabled brother were left freezing outside all night and had our numbers blocked. We got sent to another property which had broken glass on the floor and illegal drugs. We did not get any of our money back. We will be returning to Belgium to take the property managers to court and sue them requesting compensation. It’s unbelievable what’s happened we have videos of the disgusting filthy place we were made to stay in. Blood on the floor and beds, food everywhere, no bed sheets, poo on the walls and police even came in twice throughout the night with neighbours screaming.

They double booked our room and were not very helpful.

Location was alright, that's all we got to see.

We had arrived to the property, and when calling them, were told that they had double booked our room and had to then cancel on our day of arrival and find a different place to stay. The contact person was not very helpful, nor was available to talk on the phone to sort this issue out quickly. We did recieve a full refund, but no response regarding the tourist tax that we were asked to pay in advance. They offered an alternative location to stay at, but when asked for details, provided only a name of the property which was not found online either. Had to send a complaint about the missing Tourist Tax refund to booking.com.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. The heating inside was very quick and strong. Luckily we were provided with another set of blanket, pillows and sheets. The apartment is equipped with a coffee machine and coffee pods. You have a nice panoramic view of the streets. The neighborhood is very friendly and energetic.

In the building are very steep and skinny stairs. If you have a bigger luggage it might be a challenge to get in the apartment. My friend washed her hair and couldn’t blow dry the hair because there was no hair dryer.

Alles was mooi en schoon, top locatie, communicatie was heel snel en soepel, je kon spullen van tevoren in de hal achterlaten, sleutel pakken en terugbrengen ging soepel, appartement goed ingericht

Het appartement is volledig anders gedecoreerd dan de foto’s. Het is zeer oud, de verwarming in de living werkt niet, de wc bril zit los, geen plaats om je kleren of gerief te leggen. De poetsvrouw kwam een uur voor check out binnen zonder te kloppen!!

De accomodatie was aan 4 verschillende personen verhuurd. Communicatie met de het verblijf kon enkel via whatsapp. En als je over het probleem begint, reageren ze niet meer

De gastheer heel onvriendelijk, er stond dat er een flatscreen tv zou zijn, was er niet. Wij bellen, de enige optie die hij aanbood was om het te annuleren, waarop hij ons beloofde dat wij een volledige refund zouden krijgen. Buiten dat moesten we binnen 5 minuten om het maar even netjes te zeggen gelijk weggaan. (En stonden we met onze tassen midden in antwerpen.) Om daar vervolgens op een zwaar asociale manier op terug te komen nadat booking.com hunzelf had benaderd. Nooit boeken hier want je wordt behandeld alsof je niets ben en er wordt totaal niet meegedacht! Lakens waren gekreukt, het appartement stonk, het was niet hygiënisch. Als ik nog vriendelijk te woord was gestaan en er was mee gedacht, hadden ze er misschien nog mee weg kunnen komen. Maar dit was echt te belachelijk voor woorden. Ze horen nog van ons terug.

Moeilijke communicatie met host maar fijn bed!

Het bed was fijn, de douch was warm en het was een fijne locatie.

Het zag er totaal anders uit dan aangegeven op de foto's. De slaapkamer was bijvoorbeeld bedekt in panterprint in plaats van een neutrale kamer. Er was geen tv en geen wasmachine zoals we wel hadden verwacht en ons was beloofd. Het was inderdaad heel gehorig, daar hadden wij persoonlijk niet veel last van maar kan anderen storen. De ramen vielen uit de kozijnen als we ze open wilden doen. Communicatie met de host was bijna onmogelijk, we kregen weinig reactie. We hadden afgesproken dat we de zware bagage een paar uur voor de inchecktijd konden achterlaten bij de locatie, zodat we de stad in konden zonder ermee rond te sjouwen, maar toen we er om de afgesproken tijd stonden kregen we geen contact en hebben we een paar uur buiten moeten wachten. Uiteindelijk wel binnengekomen.

Niets. Wasbak douche liep niet af. Doucheputje verstopt. Rauwe houten vloer met uitsteken nagels heeft voet partner open gehaald. Twee coffee cups zonder melk en suiker. Nie wieder dus.

Vrij veel lawaai van buiten… geluidsisolatie is zeker niet optimaal. Tevens wel koffie machine en pads aanwezig meer verder ook geen suiker.

De ligging

Er waren geen kookpannen, geen vaatdoek, een oude gevaarlijke trap om boven te komen, de harde muziek in de koffiebar beneden ons, veel geluidsoverlast van buiten en bovenburen. Er hing maar 1 theedoek en 1 badhanddoek elk voor 5 dagen. We hebben de ochtend van aankomst geen code doorgekregen. Die kwam pas om 16.07 en dat terwijl we de bagage vroeger af wilden geven. We hebben 2 uur in de regen en de kou staan wachten. We hebben €40 tax vooraf moeten betalen. Dit klopte niet.

Fijn appartement voor een kort verblijf.

Locatie mooi centraal. Dichtbij oude centrum.

Geluidsisolatie. De straatjes rond het appartement zijn nauw. Geluiden vanaf de straat komen flink binnen. Tot diep in de nacht! Als je een rustige plek zoekt, moet je dit appartement niet nemen.

Een slecht appartement om langer dan 1 of 2 dagen te verblijven.

Het appartement was schoon en het bed was goed.

6,5 van de 9 dagen geen verwarming en warm water. Geen tv. Slechte vloer in woonkamer/keuken, kraakt en piept. Te weinig pannen om te koken. Weinig kopjes. Erg gehorig van geluiden van binnen en buiten. Gevaarlijke trap. Verlichting is onvoldoede om te lezen. Wasemkap die het niet doet.

De locatie was super en voor 1 nacht was het te doen, maar de ruimte heeft echt een upgrade nodig.

De locatie is super. Je loop zo de stad in.

De afwerking. Alles is erg oud. De ramen konden niet goed dicht waardoor het heel gehorig en koud is, gaten in de vloer, wc bril zit los, de gordijnen zijn niet op maat waardoor dat over de grond hangt en de ruimte is al klein. De foto's zijn oud, de ruimte is ondertussen groen geschilderd.
