Apartment was nice.
There had been issues with the early check-in, which could happen and is not an issue, but it was impossible to get the early check in fee back as it wasn't possible to get in contact with any human to resolve. AI communication only... frustrating, don't use/pay for early check-in or Late checkout

Proper appartementje, ligging was okay
Na het boeken kreeg ik een WhatsApp bericht met een betaallink. Ik moest zowel €75 borg betalen (wat ik gelukkig heb teruggekregen), als €6 extra per gast (tourist tax + fees). Dit stond niet op de booking pagina van hen.. Ik heb ook geen antwoord gekregen toen ik contact probeerde op te nemen, zowel niet via de booking app, als via WhatsApp (enkel een automatisch antwoord). Jammer..
En er zijn redelijk wat smalle trappen op te gaan, en deze hebben kleine treden. Niet ideaal voor onhandige mensen zoals ik met grote schoenen :)

A cozy place with a nice terrace in a great area. The stay was comfortable, with many facilities and clean conditions. I really liked the location.
We didn’t receive the payment link in time due to an error on their side regarding the €75 deposit, and I could barely get a response from the owner, which was quite frustrating. We contacted them at 8 AM, well before the 4 PM check-in.
