Nonresponsive host with a substandard offer.

This is a long term rental property, where a tenant helped me get a key from a key box. The main door to the room, had recently been kicked in and badly repaired. Found accommodation at Radisson for the same price, the host/accomodation have not responded to repeated requests to cancel. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY IN SILENCE.

The host, and the accomodation, that is even borderline unsuitable for its main purpose medium/long term accomodation. There was clear smell in the staircase, and room in bad disrepair.

Horrifying, unsafe and uncomfortable

Was a prostitution and drug runner hotel. Blood on the walls, shit on the floors, busted windows, burnt aluminum foil on the terras, people running in and out all hours of the night to buy stuff, many drugs addicts waiting outside, prostitute in room next to us with many visitors. Had to check couch for dirty needles, thought i would get hepatitis from sleeping in the bed

If you’re on a budget and don’t have high expectations, it’s fine for spending a night.

All in all, it was bearable: the beds were okay, and there was hot water in the shower. P.S. I also wish the communication about getting the keys and parking had been faster and clearer.

A few minor things weren’t great: when we first entered the apartment, the smell was almost unbearable, and the bathroom door didn’t fit the frame, so it couldn’t be fully closed.

Dirty, poor sound isolation, and way to expensive for what you get. But short walk from city center.

15 minute walk from Central Station and close to city center.

Beds were really worn, sheets didn't fit the bed, floors were dirty, stove fan was so greasy it's considered a fire hazard, sudden smells of sewage, extremely poor sound isolation and you can hear every neighbor open/close doors or flush toilets very loudly. All this could have been considered fine if it cost 20 euro per night at a hostel for example, but we paid almost 110 euro per night, total 330 euros for three nights.

Terrible, don’t stay there.

Good staff

Black mold and filth all over the area next to the radiator. Leaky shower for many years (has been complained about for many years on Google maps), whole building smells of shit (also complained about on Google for many years), noisy neighbors and people outside at night.

Room smelt horrible, it was so dirty, the smell was so bad we left the same day, kitchen was also extremely dirty, the bathroom was disgusting I’ve never seen a room this dirty. I do not recommend this

Flat with a Panoramic View but Limited Comfort

The personal was very helpful. They directly called me to explain how safety door works, which elevator I need it etc. The view of the room is very impressive. You can even see the train station from the terrrace of the flat.

The mattresses must be immediately changed. They were very old and dirty. We could not sleep comfortably. Secondly the general cleaning was also not good. You can see all dust overall place, especially on the ground. Lastly the door of the terrace was not locked completely. So the other guests from next room might enter the room easily. Therefore I did not feel very safe.

As the name suggests, don't expect anything fancy. Everything is basic but if you're staying a few days, then it's enough. It could be a bit cleaner and things could be less worn (like sheets), but budget is budget. But the quality of service is a plus

Pleasant stay in the centre of Antwerpen

Location was very central and close to the train station. Flat was clean and bright.

There was only one towel per person given so no towel to dry the dishes in the kitchen or no towels in the bathroom for hands/feet. There was also no drying rack for dishes in the kitchen and no shower curtain in the shower so without any towels both places got wet rather easily.

Employee walked into our room without informing us. The bathroom seat was broken. The neighbor- hood was really scary.

I would stay here in the future.

The parking was in an enclosed garage. There are two parking garages, with different heights, so be sure to tell the staff the height of your vehicle. The kitchenette had a stove top and an oven.

Only two things. First really miniscule. A pan for baking in the oven would be nice. Stove top pans have handles of plastic, and we were afraid the handle would melt if used in the oven. Secondly, contact the property by the phone about an hour before you arrive and again about 15 minutes before you arrive. So that they can meet you at the property. Otherwise, you'll wait.

We did not like it and also the renting price is far to high.

Both of the beds in the sleeping room because both of the matrasses where like new so we slept very well.

Because of the bath, with shower implemented, was in the sleeping room the wall was not clean: it was humidious and there for the wall had stains on it. In the same room there is a sink but all parts of it, made of wood ('fineer' or look alike wood) suffors from the humidity and it urgently needs to be repaired and or/replaced. The sofa in the living room is all worn out and the seeting surface is torn apart all over. It must have been extremely well used we suppose, but now it really is way-way-way over due so we did not risk sitting on it. There is no television and no radio. The place was very hard to reach because of a lot of one-way streets surrounding the street of the flats. You can not have breakfast there. To us it looked like the flats were like the neighbourhood: nobody wants to improve and make life better, not for themselves and not for other people.

Fijne, ruime studio op een toplocatie, maar de keukenuitrusting was onvoldoende.

de locatie was dichtbij het centrum van Antwerpen, het was een grote studio met keuken en badkamer voorzien.

- geen voldoende bestek (1 vork) - niet genoeg materiaal voor koken bv voor snijden van groenten was alleen er een broodmes in de keuken waardoor mijn partner paar keer in zijn handen heeft gesneden, kleine kookpotten. -geen keuken handdoek om materiaal afdrogen waardoor we keukenpapier hebben gebruikt.

Echt alles was vies met schimmel, de receptie was constant dicht en na 18:00 niet meer te bereiken. Eerst kregen we een kamer die echt NIET schoon was, ik klaag niet snel maar dat was het geld zeker niet waard. Na veel gedoe zijn we over geplaatst naar een andere kamer, die was prima. Al snel kwamen we er achter dat we in een hele slechte onveilige buurt zaten. Iedereen kon het appartementen complex binnen komen zonder sleutel, ook zwervers die daar veel waren. Toen wij de stad in wilden gaan waren er op de trap gasten heroïne aan het brouwen... Dat was voor ons echt de druppel. Er waren alleen maar mannen die ons lastig vielen in het gebouw en ik heb mij in tijden niet zo onveilig gevoeld. We hebben contact proberen op te nemen met het 'hotel', maar dat lukte amper. Ze wilde niks doen om hun fouten op te lossen... Erg jammer.

Teleurstellend, slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Op loopafstand van het Sportpaleis en parkeergelegenheid in de straat. Kamer op zich wel ruim.

Het stonk in het hele complex, gordijnen waren kapot en vies, bedden waren vrij zacht en volgende ochtend hadden we tot overmaat van ramp een koude douche. Ook teleurstellend dat lik deze opmerkingen de volgende dag rechtstreeks heb teruggekoppeld met verzoek tot compensatie en ik daar tot op heden geen reactie op heb gehad.

De kamer is lekker ruim.

De vloer plakt, de bedden zijn hard, de dekens zijn heel dun, verwarming is niet te regelen. Er lag iemand te "slapen" in het trap portiek, het noodnummer is niet bereikbaar. Er was snachts veel geschreeuw zowel op straat als in het trappenhuis. Erg vreemd dat de toegangsdeur van de flats niet afgesloten is... het voelde erg onveilig. Ook de buurt voelde niet fijn om als vrouw alleen doorheen te lopen met mijn dochter. Verder mag je er pas om 16 uur in de kamer en moet je er om 10 uur sochtends al uit. Het was niet duur maar alsnog teveel geld voor dit verblijf. Geen aanrader.
