Horrifying, unsafe and uncomfortable

Was a prostitution and drug runner hotel. Blood on the walls, shit on the floors, busted windows, burnt aluminum foil on the terras, people running in and out all hours of the night to buy stuff, many drugs addicts waiting outside, prostitute in room next to us with many visitors. Had to check couch for dirty needles, thought i would get hepatitis from sleeping in the bed

If you’re on a budget and don’t have high expectations, it’s fine for spending a night.

All in all, it was bearable: the beds were okay, and there was hot water in the shower. P.S. I also wish the communication about getting the keys and parking had been faster and clearer.

A few minor things weren’t great: when we first entered the apartment, the smell was almost unbearable, and the bathroom door didn’t fit the frame, so it couldn’t be fully closed.

Dirty, poor sound isolation, and way to expensive for what you get. But short walk from city center.

15 minute walk from Central Station and close to city center.

Beds were really worn, sheets didn't fit the bed, floors were dirty, stove fan was so greasy it's considered a fire hazard, sudden smells of sewage, extremely poor sound isolation and you can hear every neighbor open/close doors or flush toilets very loudly. All this could have been considered fine if it cost 20 euro per night at a hostel for example, but we paid almost 110 euro per night, total 330 euros for three nights.

Good staff

Black mold and filth all over the area next to the radiator. Leaky shower for many years (has been complained about for many years on Google maps), whole building smells of shit (also complained about on Google for many years), noisy neighbors and people outside at night.

Room smelt horrible, it was so dirty, the smell was so bad we left the same day, kitchen was also extremely dirty, the bathroom was disgusting I’ve never seen a room this dirty. I do not recommend this

Flat with a Panoramic View but Limited Comfort

The personal was very helpful. They directly called me to explain how safety door works, which elevator I need it etc. The view of the room is very impressive. You can even see the train station from the terrrace of the flat.

The mattresses must be immediately changed. They were very old and dirty. We could not sleep comfortably. Secondly the general cleaning was also not good. You can see all dust overall place, especially on the ground. Lastly the door of the terrace was not locked completely. So the other guests from next room might enter the room easily. Therefore I did not feel very safe.

As the name suggests, don't expect anything fancy. Everything is basic but if you're staying a few days, then it's enough. It could be a bit cleaner and things could be less worn (like sheets), but budget is budget. But the quality of service is a plus

Pleasant stay in the centre of Antwerpen

Location was very central and close to the train station. Flat was clean and bright.

There was only one towel per person given so no towel to dry the dishes in the kitchen or no towels in the bathroom for hands/feet. There was also no drying rack for dishes in the kitchen and no shower curtain in the shower so without any towels both places got wet rather easily.

Employee walked into our room without informing us. The bathroom seat was broken. The neighbor- hood was really scary.

I would stay here in the future.

The parking was in an enclosed garage. There are two parking garages, with different heights, so be sure to tell the staff the height of your vehicle. The kitchenette had a stove top and an oven.

Only two things. First really miniscule. A pan for baking in the oven would be nice. Stove top pans have handles of plastic, and we were afraid the handle would melt if used in the oven. Secondly, contact the property by the phone about an hour before you arrive and again about 15 minutes before you arrive. So that they can meet you at the property. Otherwise, you'll wait.

We did not like it and also the renting price is far to high.

Both of the beds in the sleeping room because both of the matrasses where like new so we slept very well.

Because of the bath, with shower implemented, was in the sleeping room the wall was not clean: it was humidious and there for the wall had stains on it. In the same room there is a sink but all parts of it, made of wood ('fineer' or look alike wood) suffors from the humidity and it urgently needs to be repaired and or/replaced. The sofa in the living room is all worn out and the seeting surface is torn apart all over. It must have been extremely well used we suppose, but now it really is way-way-way over due so we did not risk sitting on it. There is no television and no radio. The place was very hard to reach because of a lot of one-way streets surrounding the street of the flats. You can not have breakfast there. To us it looked like the flats were like the neighbourhood: nobody wants to improve and make life better, not for themselves and not for other people.

Boven verwachting!

Enorm ruime kamer en goed schoon. Er zit een goed uitgeruste keuken in met magnetron en goed koelende koelkast (en voldoende kookgerei maar dat hebben we niet gebruikt). Ook is er een strijkplank/bout en een ventilator of verwarming aanwezig. Boven verwachting voor het geld!

De straat waraan het ligt is een beetje shady en smerig, vooral 1 blok richting het centraal station vanaf het verblijf. Wel goed op loopafstand vanaf het station verder.

Schimmel, Bedwantsen en meer...

Het was echt drama. Ik en mijn partner zouden hier 3 dagen blijven slapen we zijn echter na 1 dag al vertrokken. Toen wij net aankwamen zijn we vrij snel Antwerpen ingegaan en hadden nog niet echt gekeken naar de kamer. Toen wij terug kwamen zagen we hoe vies alles was. LETERLIJK ALLES was vies, Vloer is nooit gestofzuigd of gedweild. Lag vol met troep en ook stukjes wc papier?! De muren waren ranzig en zaten onder de vlekken en viezigheid. De deuren en ramen zijn volgens mij al meer dan 20 jaar niet schoongemaakt want die zagen er niet uit. Boven de ramen bij zowel de bedden als bij de badkamer zat het vol met schimmel!!!! En nog erger het matrass zat ook onder de schimmel althans als je het een matrass mag noemen want denk achteraf dat de vloer nog meer comfortabel had gelegen. en dan denk je alles gehad te hebben maar nee. Er zaten bedwantsen in het bed! Mijn parter heeft hierdoor nog flink uitslag op haar huid gekregen. Tot zover de Hygiene. De afstandbediening van de tv had geen klepje en geen baterij waardoor deze dus niet gebruikt kon worden. Ook de ventilator was kapot. In de nacht kwam er heel veel geluid vanuit de trappenhal. Ik voel me niet snel onveilig maar dat was nu echt het geval! Het was echt drama! Wij zijn de volgende dag opzoek gegaan naar een ander hotel want dit was echt niet oke. Die zelfde middag dus naar een ander hotel gegaan. 380Euro extra kosten. Nu wil ik mijn geld terug, Heb dit aangegeven bij booking.com waar ik gebookt heb. Zei proberen nu al een paar dagen het apartement te bereiken alleen nemen ze gewoon niet op en reageren ze ook niet op hun mail. echt schandalig! Ik verwacht geen gigantische luxe voor het bedrag dat we betaald hebben maar ik verwacht wel een kamer die schoon is en waar je veilig kan voelen. nou dat was absoluut niet het geval!

Lugar horrível. Ficamos 5 minutos e fomos embora para outro hotel. As fotos são enganosas. Nosso quarto era terrível , no primeiro piso, com a janela que dava direto p rua e estava entreaberta, muito inseguro. Um cheiro de cigarro insuportável. Parede do quarto pichada. Escuta-se todos os outros quartos e corredores. E não conseguimos contato com ninguém. O escritório fecha às 18:00hs. E através de mensagens, depois que reclamamos, não tivemos nenhuma resposta. E também não consegui contato com o booking, para tentar receber o reembolso, já que fui enganada, e não consegui ficar nem 5 minutos nesse local. Nunca tinha passado por uma situação dessa, principalmente utilizando o booking.

Appartement très sale, ascenseur en panne (logement au 6ème étage), équipements de cuisine mais pas de fourchettes, connexion au wi-fi qui marche seulement la moitié du temps, pas de code pour remettre les clés à la fin du séjour, deux fenêtres sur 5 qui ne fermaient pas dans l'appartement, bouteilles de bières vides remplies de mégots qui trainaient devant la porte du logement et sur la terrasse du logement, tiroir à couverts cassé qui vous reste dans les mains quand vous l'ouvrez...
