The Most Uncomfortable Apartment

We booked this place because it was advertised with a parking lot, but there were no instructions at all. We had to rely on a local who told us to park on the street, and the next morning we ended up with a ticket because of a temporary ban sign. This is unacceptable, as proper parking information should have been clearly provided. The room itself was no better. One of the beds had a completely worn-out, sagging mattress that is obviously long overdue for replacement. Sleeping on it gave me back pain in the morning, and it shows that the owners simply do not care about guest comfort. The shower was also terrible, with very low water pressure. Overall, this place feels neglected, misleading in its listing, and not worth the stay.

Just looking for a place to lay your head down close to the train station.

The bed was solid great for a good night sleep, the location. The room was Close to the front exit to get out of the apartments. A fan was provided in the room, it was clean. TV & Remote worked. Paper towels a sponge and dish soap were available in the room. The sink and fridge were great. towels were provided

I could hear the person above me moving chairs walls and ceilings must be thin. Close to the Exit doors and elevator so you could hear people leaving. The smell wasn't a bad smell; I could smell it when I opened the door and walked in each time. Did not notice it once inside the room. I got use to it. No Bar soap for hands(just 2 liquid shampoo packets and liquid dish soap), I think a guess or cleaner left a used sponge on the counter I just threw it in the bin. Curtains get stuck but you just have to make sure they aren't caught up before pulling. Pillows could be better maybe I was still able to go to sleep using them both.

This specific room needs some big improvements to be comfortable, especially to solve the mold issue

Easy access, spacious room, basic amenities available (plate, 2 forks, 2 spoons, pan and glasses), comfortable mattress, and clean linen.

Loud noises, no sound insulation. The room was very damp and humid, there was no proper ventilation in the bathroom and all the humidity would go into the room. Because of this, there was black mold in the room and you can smell it in the air. For this room there were 2 beds, there was no power outlet for the lamp on the nightstand between the beds. The light at the kitchen stove vent did not stay on once pressed. Windows were full of mold and dirt as well, as shown in the attached photos.

Stayed in 2022 and 2025, very comfortable, basic, but great value for money

Great value for money, very basic but not a problem. Easy to get too and easy access to trams or Donkey bikes and Lime scooters.

The hot water only lasts 20 mins then needs to refill for 20-30 mins before it can be used again

Cold rooms! Management was informed about very cold rooms where we had to sleep in warm clothes on. As there was no solution offered we left the hotel after 1st night. I do not reccommend this apartments, only in warm weather maybe. I never heard from the mamagement after sending them emails and reminders to find a way to solve this issue as we paid 704€ inc parking. I never heard back from them. Very unprofesional behaviour.

we slept 5 nights with no heating. there was up to 5-7 celsius degrees inside at night. I do not know how can you rent that in the middle of the winter on booking without leting people know that they are going to freeze inside.

Spacious room. Easy to reach.

I would have liked an answer concerning the dirty towel. The breakfast that the booking website mentions, is not available which was a minus. The elevator broke on day 1 of my stay and was not repaired for the remainder of the week.

Easy to find, manager was around and informative. Comfy bed.

Some lights weren’t working and noisy about 2am with people coming back drunk but overall it was worth the money.

Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu mehreren erheblichen Mängeln, darunter ein verschimmelter Kühlschrank, beschädigte Steckdosen, ein defekter Rauchmelder, der ab den frühen Morgenstunden dauerhaft piepte, Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser sowie eine sehr laute, unzureichende elektrische Heizung, die den Schlaf massiv beeinträchtigte.

Centraal op loopafstand van de stad.

Badkamer vol met schimmel. Verwarming deed het niet. Oven was kapot. Veel vocht op de kamer. Stroom viel steeds uit. Locatie was moeilijk te vinden.
