The apartment was very beautiful and practical! Still in the city but it was not disturbing for me !

No second time for me

It was a good mattress

No tv The pillows were to flat The curtain in bedroom to small. Light from outside came through Sink in bathroom to close to the cabinet. Kept knocking my head on the cabinet The stairs from main door to the apartments, dangerous. I can’t see how anyone can walk up those stairs with suitcases.

Great place for a short stay

Great location, easy access to the city centre, many little coffee/pastry shops outside the property. All the hotspots are within walking distance. Very busy night life. There are a few things to go and see. Very nice little city.

The staircase felt a bit dangerous, especially if you got pets. The rules was stating no party or any big noise after a certain hour, but that was disregarded by the neighbour therefore we weren't able to rest properly.

Staircase to upper floors very narrow. It was not an issue for me but may be if you have lots of luggage or elderly guests.

Awful, just terrible, avoid!

-Key not in key lockbox! Landlord did nothing! Had to get alternative Accomodation at 10pm! -Landlord also sent wrong codes for key lockbox.. -€5 scam tax not included in cost. Tourist tax is not €5! -Stairs are worse than climbing a medieval wooden church tower! Not fit for elderly or larger people. -Very Noisy from inside other apartments and outside. -Floorboards feel like you're going to fall through them. -Waterfall Shower doesn't work. -Hob was left on full when I arrived. -Sofa awful and beyond uncomfortable and is old. - Awful experience, would not recommend...ever.

De host liet mij urenlang in de kou en in de regen laat staan. De host heeft de telefoon gewoon opgehangen en het gesprek wilde hij niet netjes afronden.

De host was onprofessioneel en was enkel geïnteresseerd in geld.

Geen aanrader, veel werk voor de boeg

De locatie en het was proper.

Penthouse geboekt, maar andere flat gekregen. Heel veel lawaai en een stank in de badkamer De douche werkt niet goed. Nachtlamp werkte niet, stekker was stuk. Het deken was gescheurd. Er was geen televisie of radio. De communicatie via Whatsapp is met AI en je krijgt vaak geen antwoord op je vragen (naast de kwestie) Geen aanrader.

onaangenaame geur met een fragiel apartement

Gezellige uitstraling en dichtbij het centrum

De geur die er hing vooral in de slaapkamer, veel dingen zijn kapot en/of net werkend, slaapbank wat zogenaamd het ‘2e bed’ moest zijn ligt vreselijk. Ook de weg (de trap omhoog) naar het appartement is niet te doen met veel spullen en/of koffers en dat word ook nergens vermeld. Wij waren erg teleurgesteld omdat het dr op de foto’s geweldig uitzag maar deze punten waren toch echt niet prettig.

Das Schlafzimmer stinkt und der Raumduft bring da auch nichts. Haben gefragt ob wir 10 Minuten früher rein können,darauf wurde auch nicht reagiert und mussten lange auf eine Antwort warten.

Absence de porte salle de bain toilette. Inacceptable Absence d’ampoule dans certaines lampes et suspension Manque de propreté et hygiène : ma fille a dormi sur le canapé et a découvert sur son bras avant gauche des piqûres qui ont gonflé comme une réaction allergique Lavabo salle de bain bouché Bref je suis désolé mais je ne recommande pas, libre à chacun de se faire sa propre opinion. Il s’agissait d’un upgrade du logement initial mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Inacceptable!

Superbe emplacement avec tout les équipements qu’il faut pour 2j!

Nous avons bien aimé l’emplacement de la suite, il y a pleins de restaurants, magasins et café/bar originaux! La cuisine pourrait être équipé de sel et poivre ou de huile d’olive, le minimum! La sale de bain était bien juste qu’on a du se lave avec du savon pour les mains! Le lit etait très bien, j’ai bien dormi avec des rideaux qui rendent la chambre noir, parfait!

Le craquement du sol dans la cuisine et puis les café et sachets de thé dans un panier blanc sale.

Communicatie trok op niks. Ik was aangekomen op de locatie ik kon niet binnen dus belde ik de host ik zei dat ik er was en ze vertelde me dat Ik eerst tax moest betalen €10. Dit wist ik niet en is helemaal niet gecommuniceerd geweest op de booking app. Sinds wanneer moet ik toeristen tax betalen terwijl ik in Antwerpen woon?. Na een onbeleefde telefoontje me hun heb ik de €10 betaalt via overschrijving gewoon, dit lijkt echt illegaal. na al dat heen en weer telefoon stond ik nog steeds voor deur al 2u. Nadien kreeg ik de code van de deur maar da lukte niet. Ik heb dan weeR gebeld naar hun en ze zeiden je staat verkeerd het is een ander adres. Ik werd razend. Op booking staat dat het die adres is waar ik stond (klapdorp 42) voor 2 u lang en nu opeens hoorde ik dat het andere adres is Marnixplaats 11, is 20min rijden van waar ik was. Hij zei me ga maar te voet is nie zo ver. Like tf ga jij me zeggen dat ik te voet moet gaan en het niet zo ver is? Google Maps gaf aan 30min wandelen. Hij heeft niks van empathie getoond of zich geëxcuseerd. Ik vond het zo onbeleefd want die wist dat we daar stonden en die had ons dat niet verteld na de eerste telefoontje. Na eindelijk 3u later zijn we aangekomen op de locatie. Helemaal niet wat ik had geboekt.!! Ik had daar niet eens een TV. En het zag er gwn verschrikkelijk uit zo klein en het geld niet eens waard. Ik heb in totaal 65,37 betaald! Dit is zware oplichting. Ik heb een luxury boudoir suite gereserveerd. Ik heb àlles tegenovergestelde gekregen. Dit wordt de laatste keer bij hun en laatste keer bij booking.com . Oplichters. Je laat u klant de luxury boudoir reserveren eindstand sta ik daar en verwijs je me naar een ander adres dat Max 10€ waard is.

Sehr schick eingerichtet und sauber.

Erst falschen Code bekommen um den Schlüssel aus dem Schließfach zu nehmen und dann musste man erst den Nachweis erbringen die Kurtaxe gezahlt zu haben bevor einem weiter geholfen wurde. Kontakt lediglich über Chat. Die Dusche war quasi nicht nutzbar, da das Wasser zu kalt war.
