Welcoming and cozy for sure

Very nice and comfortable. Very well maintained and had a good feeling from the second we arrived. Overall a very nice place and we would stay here again.

Key box was a bit confusing and took a while to retrieve the key. The elevator is very small but worked well. There was an issue with the boiler and the first day we didn't have any hot water for the shower, but it was resolved pretty quickly.

Stairway is narrow and poorly lit, but there is a lift. Apartment is on the 5th floor. Needs a new bulb.

Very beautiful even breathtaking place to stay, for that money really worth.

Owner immediately replies to my messages and when I came I got the keys right away, she explained everything to me even told me some tips where to go or what to do, very professional and polite. About accommodation it was really beautiful, everything you need even more. Very huge place, a lot of room there even beds were huge. I couldn’t complain about anything truly. Place was clean, everything was prepared for me and there isn’t much to point out. The beds were super comfortable and soft.

Nothing much, for one whole day and night I didn’t find anything.

Een cozy gevoel bij Cozy feels 🥰

Een goede locatie in het centrum van Antwerpen met parkeergelegenheid vlakbij. Een uitstekende service qua handdoeken, bedlinnen en dekentjes in de zetel. Gezellig, net en een goede prijsverhouding! Bij ons volgende bezoek aan Antwerpen komen we zeker terug!

Er mochten wel wat meer borden zijn i.p.v. slechts 4 stuks. Ook hadden we heel lang niet door hoe de chauffage werkte en wat er met het vuilnis moest gebeuren. Een korte verwelkoming met enkel instructies zou handig zijn.

Prima! Ruim en schoon. Zeker een aanrader.

Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de veilige parkeerplaats is een groot pluspunt.

• De verwarming was stuk dus de eerste dag werd het niet warmer dan 14-15 graden in het appartement. De tweede dag was de verwarming gelukkig gerepareerd maar toch kwam de temperatuur niet hoger dan 18 graden. • De sleutel die wij hadden gaf geen toegang tot de buitendeur, dus toen wij na middernacht thuiskwamen moesten wij de eigenaar bellen, deze gaf gelukkig direct toegang tot het gebouw. • Toevoegen van een salontafel zou fijn zijn.

Locatie top, appartement prima, eigenaar communiceert niet en liet ons in de vrieskou voor de deur staan

Ruim, goede bedden

Eigenaar reageert niet of slecht, stonden voor een dichte deur, op telefoon werd niet gereageerd . Door escalatie via Booking toch nog aan de toegangscode gekomen. Tijdens ons verblijf schoot de cv ketel in storing dus koude douche. Uiteindelijk gelukkig zelf kunnen repareren.

Het is een heel ruim voortreffelijk uitgerust appartement met privé parkeerplaats. Erg centraal gelegen met goeie voorzieningen in de omgeving.

Mijn advies zou een andere bank in de woonkamer zijn. Deze is nu nogal ingezakt. Aandacht voor de balkonhek, dat zit los.

Zentral und ideal um Antwerpen zu Fuß zu erkunden!

Sehr zentral und kostenloser Parkplatz. Ausstattung war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In anderen Bewertungen wurde der alte Aufzug, das WLAN und die Heizung kritisiert. Bei uns ging der alte Aufzug problemlos. WLAN kein Problem und die Wohnung war trotz Winter angenehm warm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das Team!

Auf jeden Fall buchen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, bequeme Betten (eine große Decke war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig…😉), etwas fußkalt (dicke Socken oder Schlappen sind nötig). Gute Lage und toller Ausblick. Im Vorfeld gab es Probleme wegen des Parkplatzes, der Vermieter hat schnell eine Lösung gefunden, der Parkplatz war direkt nebenan.

Prima locatie voor een weekend Antwerpen

De locatie van het appartement is perfect voor een weekend Antwerpen. Het appartement was schoon.

De trap en lift. De lift laat max 160kg toe. Voor 2 volwassenen en koffers was dat al te laag. De trap is smal en verdreven. Sinds 1 oktober kun je kun je niet meer gratis parkeren in deze zone. We hebben de auto in de P+R gezet en zijn met de metro naar het centrum gereden.

Dit is het!

De ruimte, de locatie, de hygiëne, wat een heerlijke bedden, de mogelijkheid om het wasmachine te gebruiken, het appartement is helemaal vernieuwd, je kan parkeren voor de deur, ons hondje mocht mee.

Niets! Ik ben een beetje bang van de oude lift, maar dat zal meer aan mij liggen dan aan de lift. 😃 In de zomer kan ik me inbeelden dat je een airco kunt missen. Maar er zijn grote ramen aanwezig die je open kan zetten en de eigenaars hebben ventilatoren voorzien.

Très bon séjour à 2 pas du centre-ville d'Anvers

le logement, l'accueil, le confort, la proximité du centre (tout se fait à pied), le parking, vraiment un super logement, avec en plus une belle vue depuis le 5me étage et un WiFi qui a bien fonctionné pour nous.

les heures d'arrivée sont notées 1:00-23:30 sur l'annonce. C'est une erreur, il faut lire 13:00-23:30 (ou 1:00 pm-11h30 pm) ! De plus, n'essayez pas de récupérer les clés à 12:58, attendez impérativement 13:00 ! Avec ces infos complémentaires, votre arrivée sera très rapide !

Luxe appartement.

Ruim en schoon appartement dat van alles is voorzien, van föhn en kruidenpotjes en thee in de keuken tot crushed ice uit de grote koelkast, en de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine + droger. Zelfs handzeep, schoonmaakdoekjes, theedoeken en wasmiddel waren aanwezig. Je hoeft niets anders mee te nemen dan je toiletspullen en kleding, waar veel hangers voor zijn. Locatie is heel centraal, je kunt vrijwel overal lopend heen.

Het was even gedoe met het aansluiten van de WIFI. Ook de lift vond ik een beetje eng (de vloer van de lift lijkt bijna door te zakken aan 1 kant - ik weeg 65 kilo), maar dat ligt meer aan het gebouw zelf dan aan het appartement of verhuurder. Voorzichtigheid is gewenst, zeker als je wat zwaarder bent en een koffer mee hebt. Trap is natuurlijk ook een optie.

Appartamento molto ben arredato e dotato di tutti i confort. La possibilità di parcheggio privato è stata da noi molto apprezzata anche perchè il centro della città è raggiungibile a piedi.

Schönes Appartement in Top Lage

Top Ausstattung, wirklich alles vorhanden.Große luftige Räume,tolle Bäder,Toilette getrennt vom Badezimmer,zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Juste parfait 👌

L’appartement était tout simplement parfait, exactement conforme aux photos. Les équipements sont neufs, l’appartement d’une propreté irréprochable, les lits très confortables, et la localisation idéale avec un accès facile aux transports en commun. L’hôte d’accueil a été d’une grande gentillesse et super réactive — cela a vraiment fait la différence. Un séjour au top du début à la fin ! Je recommande les yeux fermés. Petit plus : sur les conseils de Yaiza (l’hôte d’accueil), nous avons dîné au restaurant situé au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble — un excellent choix ! Le repas était parfait, le personnel tout aussi agréable et professionnel, et l’ambiance au top. Merci à elle pour cette belle recommandation !
