okay for a short stay

The room was spacious and clean. Relatively close to the city centre, located in the Jewish Quarter.

The room had a cigarette smell, and you could hear everything your neighbours were doing, including their TV and conversations. Also, the price for the room became much cheaper than when I booked earlier.

Big apartment hotel not so far from the city center

We have got a big room with windows to the inner courtyard. It's visible that the place requires renovation but it was clean enough and all amenities worked as expected. We were very happy that we arranged parking in advance, as number of places is limited and it's not easy to find place to park the car on the street. The place is 20 minutes away from city center if you use a public transport.

Check-in time is pretty strict, there is person on reception only in designated time. And I had some issues paying for the stay, which in the end was resolved but took time.

It was very hot and very basic experience, do you want Air Condition in a minimum of comfortable don’t go there.

It was a good location

There is no air condition in all the rooms so it’s very stuffy and hot, the water in the showers are very low pressure, when the window open it’s dangerous for children there’s no protection. I forgot to do booking for the Parking in advance and they did not let me do it after check.

Most interesting thing - apartment is situated at hearth of Jewish orthodox community.

Apartment was very roomy and bathroom as well. Kitchen equipped enough for short staying.

No air conditioning. A bit noisy because of quite thin door, rumors came from corridor.

Didn’t have much options to book but it’s close to the central station

I’m really chock with the behavior of the French speaker cleaner. She was cleaning the room beside and and I put the bin outside like any hotel totally normal. Then soon she was beating my door hard She called my attention saying that I couldn't put the trash out there. I had to get the bin back to my room otherwise she could attack me. I spoked with the reception they don’t do nothing. I had stay more then a weeks so I need a cleaning but she actually don’t clean the table the coffee table the sink and kitchen the bed side tables she don’t clean bellow the beds she don’t clean the stand of TV she don’t clean the bathroom properly she only clean the floor and mirror. Complain to then they don’t do nothing not even 1 Euro discount. I was completely stressed with this disrespectful situation and I think this make even sick.

Had parking and good location.

The shower kept flooding when showering. We asked for towels to clean away the water but the cleaner wouldn’t. So we used a towel to clean it up slowly. The kitchen extractor fan didn’t work. Didn’t know that pets were allowed in the building.

Absolutely waste of money

None , no breakfast facility ,just service apartments , main door was open for 2 days , seems it was broken - charged for a little early checkin - they said room not ready come on time at 4 and then asked for money and room was all ready - just money making mind , doesn't understand people travelled from outside countries

Everything except for two issues. The kettle did not work, only a minor inconvenience to me. The other was a bit more annoying - the bed creaked when you turned at night. Overall, would happily stay here again.

The room is dirty. There are spider webs on the ceiling. There were human hairs in the bathroom. There is no light in the toilet. Some electrical fixtures and plugs don’t work.

Disgusting

The room was warm and it had its own kitchen which can save you money in eating outside but they didn't provide with a sponge to clean the plates and we booked for 4 days and there is no cleaning service unless you stay more days.

The Walls near the bed were very dirty covered in shit. The mattress was disgusting with stains of blood and was very uncomfortable. We had back pain for 4 nights. The manager received us with a horrible rude attitude. They emailed us with a code to enter and she changed the code and blamed me for not receiving an email with an update? We were lucky that we didn't arrive late, otherwise we could have stayed in the cold waiting for someone to let us in.

The beds were very comfortable

Paid for early check in but wasn’t registered on the reservation, had to wait till 4 until we could get in. Refund was very hard to get still don’t have it in my account. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t lock the back door, they didn’t wanna help only after an hour of discussing they started thinking of solutions. Also non of the toilets and bathroom had a lock l. The heating didn’t work. Only 1 baking pan and 3 pots to cook in and nog enough cutlery for 8 people. Bathroom was dirty. Limited parking space had to park on the streets for a lot of money.
