Spanning 91 m², the apartment is designed to accommodate up to ten guests with a flexible and functional layout. The bedroom includes a double bed, two single beds, and two futon beds, while the living room adds two sofa beds along with a seating area and dining table. This setup allows the space to adapt easily for both shared living and comfortable sleeping arrangements, making it well-suited for group stays.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and essential cookware, providing everything needed for easy self-catering. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures everyday comfort, while amenities such as Wi-Fi, heating, air purifiers, and a private entrance contribute to a smooth and independent stay.

The apartment was missing a wardrobe and some storage options like a chest of drawers, but it was otherwise quite comfortable, I noticed the main front door was frequently left ajar, which made me wonder about the potential for smoking, However, the location was fantastic for my conference at the University, Picking up the key was a breeze, and it was easy to get to from the lovely train station,

I had a lovely stay, and the only thing I noticed was that my room didn't have internet access, It wasn't a big deal for me since I was only there for one night and it was a leisure trip, but it might be something to consider for business travelers, I could see the WiFi from nearby rooms, so it might have just been a temporary glitch, The facilities were even better than I anticipated based on what I saw online, The space was generous, and the location was fantastic for the price, The shower and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, which is impressive given my height of 6'6, Just a heads up for those checking in, the reception is about 1km down the road, but it wasn't a hassle at all, The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating,
