Honestly, everything was perfect. The studio I booked was comfortable and spotless, so I have no complaints about cleanliness. The hosts were also very welcoming. There's a parking area and a garden with a barbecue, which makes the place even more enjoyable.

It's a great location near to Brussels, Leuven and easy access to the motorway. The studio was also good situated in a fairly quiet dead end street taken in account that it's nearby a very busy road. Host was very helpful too and the dogs could go run in a secure garden.
The property could benefit from a bit of TLC, socket that hangs loose in the kitchen part, socket beside the bed for plugging in mobile phone would be handy, and the general cleanliness. but again al in all it was a nice stay. Just updating some few decoration and repairs would make it from good to excellent.

A DIY outside staircase with a very rickety banister- dangerous, I thought. Very poorly equipped kitchen - literally the bare minimum. No wine or beer glasses, little cutlery. No bowl or plug for the sink so you have to wash up under a running tap. Some of the electric plugs seemed insecure. You don’t have access to most of the garden.

Host representative ready to give keys and show us the apartment. No wait. Parking easy and quiet place and surroundings. There is a small backyard available, no windows in front of others, sufficient privacy.
no curtains at the windows. The apartment was actually looking different from the pictures, I assume this one has not been restored as the others. Thus there was some humidity, some spiderwebs inside the apartment and the second bed (booked) was not 100% ready. Kindly the bed linen and the pillows were given immediately but the second folding bed/couch is not really suitable, at least not expected for the price paid.

Its hard to find anything that we liked. Everything was below expectations for a property of this price.
The washing machine worked and that was good, as was the parking.
Where to start .... the cooking facilities and utensils were terrible. There was only one dinner plate. The frying pan had no handle. Some of the cooking items looked they like were from a childs set.
Checking in, in the rain, it became apparent that the reception bell doesn't work, so I had to email. They they demanded an extra €15 per night for our dog and claimed this was written on Booking.com, which it wasn't. We eventually settled on €20 for the 5 night stay, but with two of the hosts outside the door it did feel like a shake down, not a professional operation.
We left it late to book this and and wish we had just stayed at a hotel.

It’s very tired, doesn’t look like the pictures at all it needs a refurb and it’s right next to a main road. There’s nothing there.

L'amabilité et la disponibilité de l'hôte
Le manque de soin du ménage, propre à 1ere vue mais en regardant + en détail nous avons vu plein de manquements (toiles d'araignées, portes noircies par les traces répétées de mains, plinthes sales, joint de douche moisi et j’en passe)
L'absence de store dans la sdb (prendre la douche devant la fenêtre en ayant un vis à vis c’est malaisant)
Et je vais ajouter tout en précisant que le pauvre hôte n’y est pour rien, le comportement des voisins qui me semblent être des résidents (cris, disputes, odeurs désagréables qui remontent jusqu’au studio)

L'équipement est minable: vaisselle bas de gamme dépareillée, four micro-onde premier prix, lit avec un matelas dont on sentait les ressorts, cintres récupérés dans un magasin de troisième main, materiel de nettoyage presque inutilisable, 3 chaînes de télévision. On est à la limite de l'escroquerie.

L’emplacement proche de l’endroit recherché, la réactivité du propriétaire/gestionnaire, la température du logement.
L’éclairage industriel, les stores non occultants, la penderie dans l’emplacement du réfrigérateur, la salle de bain/toilette microscopique (les genoux contre la porte...), l’équipement minimaliste, la porte d’entrée qui touche le lit... Bref un garage aménagé avec un strict minimum mais une rentabilité maximale.
