Ideal for cheap visit

Easy enough to check-in. Rooms we basic but clean. The location was perfect given it was chosen specifically to be close to our place of work

Beds were very basic, the bath had clear repairs made and overall the bathroom was of poor quality.

Great location but very noisy neighbours.

Location was very good. Facilities as I hoped for. Bed ok.

The neighbours were noisy all friday night. We could not sleep.Saturday we slept fine but sunday there was a lot of noise in the ewening. Also we would have loved having two duvets but didn’t have time to get in touch with the hosts as there was no reception. The chairs are wobbly but we managed.

Expensive spacious low cost flat

It was spacious

It was dirty. We were in a hurry and tried to get an early check in. However, we were told that we could not arrive earlier since nobody was at the reception. However, the property is self check in and there never is anyone at the reception. Inside the apartment we were threatened with fines if we enabled the forming of mould. However, the entire flat smells of mould and there was dust on the floors, the heaters, on furniture. It felt decidedly low cost but wasn’t priced accordingly.

Compromise between location and quality.

Central location. New building. Elevator.

No parking. Bad smell in apt. Kitchen run down and lacking some equipment. Difficult to air the rooms. Beds uncomfortable. Noise through walls (neighbors, elevator).

Great space and location

Nice space and fairly well equipped, excellent location in Leuven

The weather was very hot and it was difficult to get any air through the apartment as some windows wouldn’t open. It was all closed up when we arrived it was therefore extremely uncomfortable for the first night.

Terrible

Location was pretty good and the staff helped us nicely with the checkin

Very filthy and unmaintained. The floor was not well put together. The paint was stripping off all the windows. Nothing was clean, blood on bedsheets, bathroom smelled like sewage, the bath was falling appart, kitchen not clean, blood stains on the sofa. It was so bad that we ended up sleeping in the car instead of in the room.

Terrible

Location, elevator.

The apartment was in very poor condition: it looked old and dirty, with mold and rust in the bathroom, dirty curtains, peeling paint on the walls and ceeling, damaged floor and a rusty stove and utensils. The toilet was so old and with brown lines inside, so it looked as if it had been recently used but not flushed or as if somebody just had died inside, which was extremely unpleasant. We spoke with the cleaning lady, who was kind and honest — she told us she did her best, but all apartments in the house clearly needs a full renovation. It seems like the owner is only interested in making money from these rentals without investing in their upkeep/renovation. To make matters worse, the phone number provided for the owner was incorrect. When we called, a woman answered and told us she had nothing to do with the apartment and was tired of receiving similar calls from other frustrated guests. According to her, residents have also complained that they could't get keys to their room, about homeless individuals sleeping near the entrance and other weird and noisy visitors. Overall, it was a very disappointing, uncomfortable and unsafe stay. Despite the fact that the parties are not allowed according to the rules, bacteries make ones regularily. I would never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The location was great—very central and convenient for exploring Leuven.

The room smelled strongly of humidity and mould. It felt stuffy and not properly ventilated. The toilet tank was extremely slow to refill, which meant it couldn’t be flushed again for a long time after one use. The place didn’t feel clean or well maintained.

Great location and a lot of space. Have stayed before so k ow the locations and property. Recently update to furnishings helped it look refreshed.

Very well cleaned but still had a smell in the internal bathroom and shower room. Internet was not strong enough for zoom calls.

It is located in the city centre of Leuven. In walking distance of most monuments and attractions.

Absence of individualised codes for picking up the keys. Lack of in-depth cleaning and general care of the apartment. More accurate photographs and descriptions would be appreciated, especially for such an expensive apartment (most of the m2 are simple alleys, and the equipment and furniture of the space are very poor or even improvised)

Very sweaty, but in a good location.

The room is spacious. You don't hear the neighbours. The room has a big window and a convenient layout. Check-in and requested cot were well taken care of. Location is quite good, as it's just off a big shopping street

Room was extremely warm even on a spring day with a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. This made our stay very uncomfortable and I had to flee the room during the day with my baby as it was too hot in there for him. Bathroom has some mould and towel was old. Tv did not have any channels.

The suites are located very close to the center, but in a quiet area. The self check in was efficient, the room was large and comfortable, the bed was good and I could rest properly

The bathroom was old and the toilet was leaking, i had to use towels to keep the water from accumulating and spilling into the bedroom. No shower toiletries were provided.
