This holiday park is located in forest of Chaam, just 12 mi south of Breda. On the edge of the park, a recreational lake of 2 hectare can be found. It includes a sunbathing area, beach and multiple slides, as well as a water playground.

A great location for families with lots to do!

The location was lovely with plenty to do for the kids. It's a small village with all the necessary amenities, including a shop, restaurant, water park, pool, mini train, and more. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well.

The chalet (Stuga) was a bit outdated and would benefit from a refurbishment and a deep clean.

Perfect in nature

Everything. The vibe was amazing. The restaurants and shopping facilities were great. Had the most amazing steak.

People complain about no towels , oil, salt etc need to read what is available it was self explanatory. Pillows did need to be updated and fans would have been a plus.

Would recommend it for a Great Family vacation

We had an awesome stay in a mobile home. Great Location next to a flowerfield and very quiet. The mobile home was clean and well equipped. The receptionist was very friendly.

Great place for family with children

Parc is designed really well, and even if there are people right next to you you still have a sense of privacy. That's well done. For kids its super, lots of playground and things to explore. Also the swimming is great. Indoor and outdoor. Slide goes very fast; pay attention.

The location was good, close to the forest. The park had many facilities and nice playground!

There was kitchen there but no things for cooking were there (no salt or oil). If there is a kitchen, maybe nice to leave at least some essential things for cooking.

Ok if you know what you are getting into

Nice leafy environment

The indoor pool was full of sand and small pieces of trash were floating in the water (I saw through my swimming goggles). Clearly not cleaned well. Similarly the bathtub was dirty in the cottage. I stayed in cleaner places in Bulgaria.. Also it's very dutch in a way that it's not very well equipped. No tea towels, no oven gloves and you have to pay separately for the towels. You also have to change your own bedsheets and take them off at the end. For the price which is not cheap l would expect better. Also, the camp failed to deal with noisy guests who have been terrorising the area the entire weekend with super loud music(also turned a huge speaker up on purpose to annoy guests at 5am with shouts good morning). The reprimands by staff clearly didn't work as they just continued after the staff member left. The reception moved us after our complaints, but plenty of people with their tents and campers were still suffering as we left.

Lovely and quiet stay in the woods

We stayed in a lovely bungalow in the woods. The main section was not far away and there were lots of sports facilities for the children, including an indoor swimming pool. There are treehouses and swings in the woods as well as climbing apparatus by the lake.

Only one toilet roll provided for four people for three days seemed a bit stingy. There were notices at the center and on the apps saying art activities were taking place for children however when we asked about these at reception, they said these were not happening.

Fantastic cottage in peace and tranquility

Lovely facility in a beautiful setting. Private cottage was perfect for our needs and spacious enough to not feel cramped. Updated amenities and fixtures in the cottage made it feel very modern yet homey.

Everything was clean and modern. The staff is nice and explained everything. The area is cool, there is everything what needed, a restaurant, breakfasts, dinners, a shop, bike rental. Highly recommended!!!

The only not big minus, there are no towels in the rooms, towels for an additional fee. There are no basic hygiene items, shower gel, there was only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people.

the decorations are old and need some improvement especially in the bathroom. RCN is a bit stingy with toilet paper (only 1 roll) for 4 persons living for 5 days! Remember to bring some . Besides there is no bath towels!

All options for camping

Nice holiday center to relax with kids, not so crowded hence not so noise. You get all the options for camping up to full house.

Staff wasn't too English-speaking friendly, neither the place as all instructions/menus were in dutch so we missed out on using the pool as you needed to book it in advance via some app we weren't told as by the time we arrive reception was closed. More information in booking would be useful as we didn't know the house didn't come with towels or toilet paper, soap etc.

Fijne woonkamer met smart TV.

Beetje troosteloze omgeving in het park. Veel modder op de paden (svp grind op zandpaden strooien!). Geen weinig groenblijvende planten. Slecht onderhouden grasveld. Kusssen op bed heel erg slap. De groene bank kussen wel goed. Verschil tussen warm en koud water heel groot, pas op met je te verbranden! Beter thermostatische kranen monteren in badkamer!

Muy buena relación calidad precio, muy bonito el camping y el lago y muy amplio y acogedor el salón. La calefacción va muy bien, se estaba super calentito en la casa y eso que estaba nevando fuera.
