Too expensive for the quality of service.

The location is ok, not far from city centre

The rooms were not properly cleaned, the water in one of the rooms was cold. The rooms were dilapidated and unrepaired, and the room that had no hot water, in the bathroom, also had a window that was almost falling off, letting in the cold.

Pleasant. Did the job.

It was as advertised. The bed was very comfy, the shower water was sometimes slow to become hot. The tv was disappointing as it had 29 german channels but only 4 or 5 in french and there were all right wing news channel. I wanted on occasion be entertained by the tv. But really i didn’t come there to watch tv. The place fill the need i had. But it could have been slightly better.

The room was very hot. I understand that temp was manageable through an app. But i didn’t bother to download it.

Anything. Horrible property. They advertise nice pictures and the reality is another thing for the worst. The Smell in the building, room, all appliances are old, rusty , looks like they come out from second hand shop (worst). Please don’t book this. I didn’t stay I just leave and book another place. Booking platform should banish this property.

It was a fifteen minute walk to a train station to get anywhere, but the room was clean with good facilities, the room at night though was very noisy , the walls are extremely thin and the outside area connected to all the rooms so if someone walked past on the balcony they could see in the bathroom window, only happened once but still a bit alarming when it did happen Staff were friendly

Fine.

Everything that was in the pictures was there. It was located near bus stations and local markets and stores. Perfect for thrifty trips.

The cleanliness can definitely improve. Fridge had a weird smells everytime we opened it and having at check in at 10 am is just a strategy to charge you for a “late”check in at 1:00 pm. So prepare your trip to not be charged extra for a few extra hours.

This had the potential to be a good place to stay but the annoying problems prevented it.

The range of facilities in the room, the bathroom, the location

The TV did not work for 60% of my time and should have been checked before I occupied the room. The room lighting was far too weak. The knives were blunt and there should have been one with a serrated edge. There should also have been a kitchen cloth to dry utensils after eating. Finally, the shower took a long time to heat up which led to a lot of wasted water.

They gave me a small room instead of large studio that I had booked. I arrived at 16:00, the lady in charge sent us to a small room withs double bed but I had booked a large studio with twin beds.When I told her that this is not what I paid for, she replied that they have rented the place I paid for! Strange! And they are fully booked and she said she can give us her room with twin beds and after 1,5 hours she gave us a room with a dirty floor and not so clean bathroom. We were tired and it was late. Tv did not have remote control and water tap in the bathroom was not working. Water was staying in the bathroom and half a role of toilet paper with a super noisy room right by the street! Paid for a large studio and received a small dirty room. What a bad memory!

What you get for your money!

Check-in and Check-out can be done anytime through the safe box. The property's location is easy, and parking is not a problem. It is advertised in the room that you can park freely in the street, but be aware that street signs say "only residents with parking cards". Fingers crossed to count on the poor efficiency of the local parking warden and not receive any fine through the car-rental company within the next few days,

At that rate, do not expect a three or four stars room. It is basic and a bit sad. But I have seen AirBnB much worse than this, so I was satisfied and used the place as a sleeping place (leaving early, coming late). I am considering re-using the address despite some unpleasant smell, depending on the days and the noise at night.

The worst hotel in Brussels, the worst location, the worst room, if you are going to Brussels for a mission or for any other works, please avoid booking this hotel as you will regret it. Even I have paid 741 EURO for 13 night but I left it earlier and still no refund, I have to say that this was the worst experience and unprofessional stuff...NOT HAPPY AT ALL. A nightmare, don't book it!!!!!

The only thing I liked is how quick the staff replied in the chat.

Many thing: - we could barely sleep because of the noises. We could hear the other people in their rooms coughing, talking, laughing in the middle of the night and the door being ened or closed. Very uncomfortable, we could barely sleep a few hours. - in the pictures on booking they show better furniture than we got. - it was not clean at all, the toilet and the shower were a nightmare - the water boiler was kaputt It was too pricy for the things we got. Never going there again, and whoever is reading don't book this one, search for a better place (also because this one is 5 km out of the city and the tickets cost 2,50 per person per one ride, for a big family not convenient at all)!!! If I would go back again, I would search for a normal hotel with higher standards than this, never regretted a choice of accommodation until swing this one!!!!
