I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very good experience overall. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Gare du Nord and the Rogier public transport station. The area feels safe during the day, but at night the square nearby tends to attract a number of drug users, so it's worth being a bit more cautious.
The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The room comes with complimentary tea, instant coffee, milk, and an electric kettle, which was a nice touch. It also has air conditioning, something I really appreciated during the European summer. The only downside was that the air conditioner in my room was a bit noisy.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They were happy to recommend great places for dinner and breakfast, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Considering how expensive accommodation can be in Brussels, I think this hotel offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Descent value for money. 6.30€ were added to the bill per night as city tax. ATTENTION: Very weird people around the hotel, lots of drug addicts and dealers; I arrived in the evening and was really frightened eventhough I am a man in my mid thirties. I would not recommend this hotel if you arrive late by night for that reason!

They asked for the tax payment but already paid through Agoda. He didn’t apologise and said make a claim to Agoda.
The morning same guy when I told him that wasn’t good he told me “don’t come again”.
The room door was broken so everyone can enter the room
