    I had a really enjoyable stay overall. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city on foot and use public transport when needed. The room was simple but clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and check-in and check-out were smooth. For the price, it was great value. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Brussels.

    The location is exceptional, a walking distance to Brussels Centrale station, to the shopping area and to lots of cool places to hangout in, however the amenities in the hotel were not as expected, room service is not on a daily basis, there was no kettle or a minibar inside the room, there was an incident where our room door was opened upon another door being slammed shut for another room and when reported to the reception the lady was not helpful at all she just said that she checked the survelliance cameras and nobody has intended to open our room for me that was a security concern with no offering to support. On another note Pascale from the reception was very friendly and helpful when asked for another request.
