Hot tub was good
We recently stayed here and, unfortunately, it fell well short of the “luxury” standard it advertises.
I’d let the hosts know in advance that it was my little boy’s birthday, so it was disappointing that there wasn’t even a small welcome gesture. Other issues included no shower gel provided, flies in the property, only lukewarm hot water, dirty marks on the walls, uncomfortable pillows, a cracked hob, and worn, shabby food menus.
Overall, the property felt tired rather than luxurious. With better maintenance and attention to detail, it could be much improved, but sadly this stay didn’t live up to expectations.
