I had my son's bday on valentines day. The staff made it extra special. He is allergic to nuts and they were so good with us . I am also lactose intolerant and even at the meal they helped me find lovely alternatives. They even gave my diary free milk for the room.

Bliss in every way!

Everything from start to finish was exceptional, from the open fire at reception to the staff to lovely big bedroom and en-suite to the food, just amazing!

Pleasant stay whilst on business in Ireland. Comfy room and situated in a convient location for work

A good range of breakfast options. Prompt service and courteous and cheerful staff both for serving food and drinks and at reception. Plenty of parking and easy to find when travelling from the M1 motorway. Good quality free WIFI

Room numbering was a bit random and directions to my room could be clearer. Room numbers (in lobby above gym/pool) should be in accordance with floor and signs didn't list all the rooms on a given floor. Traffic noise at certain times.

The Spa area and treatment was very enjoyable.

I was very dissatisfied with the Waitress staff on two separate occasions. First at evening meal, where I ordered Gravy on the side and it came all over my dinner. Also ordered Ice cream for dessert, but this also arrived with a large blob of cream I didn't want. At dinner on evening two. The waitress placed my gravy boat down on table and then moved it with her thumb on open spout. Very unhygienic. She also yawned loudly while I ordered a drink from her. I have limited capacity for food and find it extremely annoying when I don't get what I I have ordered. Too much is just as bad as too little. Please advise your staff to LISTEN. Having to compose an email for feedback is also time consuming and frustrating. I had to reactivate my room key at reception after using the Spa area. This was both inconvenient and embarrassing as I was in my robe and Slippers. The location of Spa is not ideal when one is staying in Hotel. I was booked and paid up on check-in for two nights so didn't understand why my key card had to be reactivated after one night.......

Incredible for spa treatments, adequate for overnight stays

Stayed overnight on a mini solo spa break. This is my second visit to the spa and the treatments are truly excellent. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable, trained and listen, genuinely 10/10. The spa facilities are ok, can get busy in the area shared with hotel.

No A/C in the room during summer with just a slit of window that can be opened. Room is well sized and amenities ok. Beds and pillows were awful though, I didn't sleep well. Lots of noise from the rest of the floor until midnight. I had a late lunch at the Garden Cafe which was fine, decided to go elsewhere for breakfast so can't comment. Staff are nice.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great for children as they have mini golf, football and tennis court in the gardens.

Comfortable, family friendly hotel, good food and friendly staff.

Helpful, friendly staff. Spacious family bedroom. Lovely dinner in the bar. Outdoor hot tub. Comfortable lobby area with lots of areas to sit and relax. Water station near bedrooms to fill our water bottles.

Some noisy guests around the corridors late at night, but settled down eventually.

Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants. Beware in summer —no air conditioning!

Hotel is very nice, restaurant was wonderful! Very clean, beds were VERY comfortable and staff was very nice. Conveniently located off the highway for easy access to or from Dublin.

We were there on a summer day that was cool and rainy but our room was extremely hot. The windows only open a small amount for safety reasons which prevents the cool air from getting into the room. Without a window or air conditioning the night was miserable.

Perfect location, warm and helpful reception. Great beds ,heating perfect. Service in the bar and the restaurant friendly and very helpful. Food tasty and well prepared. Breakfast plentiful, suited all tastes, served warmy and respectfully. Plenty parking spaces. Easy access to main routes.

I would like to stay here again.

Lovely staff, very nice food and facilities available. Nice spot not far from Newry. I will be staying here again in the future and theres lots of things to do there if you want to hit the gym or go for a swim or massage, also a nice little walkway with a place to eat called the secret garden.

Carrickdale

We got a great family room , staff were very helpful. A water station is on the end of our corridor. Lovely hotel, we had a very enjoyable family break.

The only downside is that there is not enough seating for patrons in the front of the hotel. The hotel was busy so another comfortable area should be made available for guests
