Good value for the money

Location is great. App is big enough for six persons in normal beds. 8 with some small children.

I’ve never had a case where I had to pick up the keys at one location while the apartment was so far away. I also read other guests’ comments, and it really does slightly affect the overall impression that there is no hook or rack in the bathroom to hang a towel. It’s a very small investment, but it would significantly improve the guest experience. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the money.

Receptia este departe de apartament, a trebuit sa luam un taxi dus-intors fiind turisti si ne cunoscand orasul. Asta este singurul minus pe care l-as da. In rest totul a fost foarte bine.

Cheile apartamentului sa fie undeva mai aproape sau sa gaseasca o solutie pentru ca e foarte dificil de ajuns la receptie

Muy bien pero recogida llaves lejos

Todo limpio, las camas muy cómodas. Bien ubicado para coger buses ver Valencia y con Mercadona para compra. Mobiliario muy practico.

OJO.. Hay que recoger las llaves muy lejos del apartamento, lo deberia resaltar porque lo ponen en el cheking y no lo ves. Así q toco coger taxi para recoger las llaves con lo engorroso que fue. El resto del apartamento muy bien. Faltan algunos detalles como perchas en los armarios y alguna para colgar toallas y donde sujetar el jabón en la ducha. Alguna silla en las habitación o espejo.

Tienes q buscar las llaves en otra ubicación en la otra punta de Valencia y nos hicieron esperar 1 h por fuera a que llegara la encargada de la limpieza que se había llevado las llaves con dos niñas sin almorzar

Posizione ottima e tanti servizi a portata di mano (farmacia, fermata bus, supermercato, tabacchi e locali)

A mio parere mai più

Da rivedere l'appartamento in generale per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Nel momento in cui si stava per aprire il divano letto (che non era stato fatto per la settima persona) abbiamo trovato dei fazzoletti sporchi. I piumoni erano macchiati ovunque (tipo chiazze di urina). Le lenzuola anche quelle non erano ben pulite. Alcuni materassi erano veramente scomodi. In un camera la finestra era rotta e la notte si gelava. Microonde maleodorante e sporco anche quello.

Poloha a parkovacie miesto boli fajn. Veľkosť bytu pre väčšie skupinky ľudí. Ak by majiteľ trochu investoval do zariaden

Fajn poloha so zastávkou na autobus a obchodom hneď pod bytom, veľka výhoda bola aj vyhradené parkovacie miesto v garáži a klimatizácia.

Ubytovanie bolo fajn ale už dosť vybývané. Skoro všetky skrinky mali buď pokazene vrátka či odbité rohy, neodtekali umývadla, pretekalo wc, v kúpelni chýbali nejaké háčiky na uteráky či držiaky na odloženie vecí, tupý nôž, žiadne malé lyžičky do kávy, vrzgajúca posteľ a tak ďalej. Kopa detailov ktoré pokazia celkový dojem z ubytovania a to nie sme náročná skupinka.

Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è andato bene

La struttura si presenta come nelle foto. Il superamento sotto casa , la fermata del bus sotto casa e’ stato utilissimo per spostarsi L’appartamento si trova in un zona tranquilla Sotto casa si trovavano sia Burger king che un parchetto i nostri figli hanno apprezzato molto Tanti asciugamani per tutti e lenzuola di cambio

Purtroppo l’aria condizionata non funziona bene nelle camere ci sono dei ventilatori a soffitto ma nella camera matrimoniale non funzionava , se gli ospiti utilizzano entrambe le doccia , la doccia del bagno padronale si riempie d’acqua e allaga il bagno , le pulizie andrebbero migliorate, avremmo apprezzato qualche informazione generale su cosa trovare vicino come arrivarci dove fare colazione e mangiare… i primi giorni è stato una caccia al tesoro😂

Necesita ciertas mejoras: mantenimiento del apartamento, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba del todo, la puerta del portal no abría bien, la limpieza a mejorar, falta de menaje acorde con la capacidad

Appartamento ampio e ben collegato con il centro città. Comodo il supermercato accanto al portone. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario di checkin.

L'appartamento necessiterebbe di manutenzione e di una pulizia più approfondita. Faceva un po' freddo perché le camere da letto erano riscaldate con piccoli termosifoni elettrici. Non c'era neanche un appendino nei bagni

Апартаментът е просторен и чист с основните необходими неща. Леглата са супер удобни. Има две бани, но в едната баня не течеше топла вода в мивката, а само в душ кабината. Също в кухнята има котлони, но няма подходящи съдове за тях (индукционни). Но пък има фурна и микровълнова печка. Има хубава кафе машина. Местоположението е на около 20 минути от центъра, районът е приятен и безопасен. В близост има симпатични кафенета, бирарии и заведения. В същата сграда има супермаркет, което е удобство, но да се вземе предвид, че не работи в неделя.

Ключът за апартамента може да се вземе от сейф, когато пристигането е по-късно, но сейфа се намира на друга локация в града. Това беше неудобно.
