Beautiful flat with a bad management. Be ready to deal with many issues.

The flat was nice and spacious. It was exactly how it was advertised.

There were so many problems that remained unresolved throughout our stay. On the day of checkin we didn’t receive any instructions to checkin. After many calls as we remained on the street we got into the flat, which was totally dirty. It took another 3 hours for them to prepare the flat. As a sign of goodwill they offered us to refund the first night, which remains to be seen after 2 months and many reminders. They claimed they have already ordered the refund to booking.com, but nothing was received. The internet was horrible and since I needed internet for work, I had to use my mobile internet for a whole month. Even though we communicated the problem, it wasn’t resolved.

Very good location (10 min walk to the very city center), comfortable bed, and clean furnitures. The patio is really nice and funny to chat with friends and to relax after spending the all day walking in the city.

La posizione é ottima e l'appartamento di recente ristrutturazione.

La pulizia é decisamente da migliorare, abbiamo trovato il pavimento pieno di capelli in vari punti, il letto e i cuscini presentavano macchie e anche lì qualche capello. Nel nostro appartamento era presente la televisione come da descrizione, tuttavia non era funzionante per un difetto allo schermo, ne abbiamo richiesto la sostituzione ma ci è stato detto che erano già a conoscenza del problema e non poteva essere sostituito per decisione dei proprietari.
