Location and layout. Well equipped.
Check in at 4pm and out by 10am, we paid nearly 500 pounds and only got less than half a day Friday and really no morning Sunday. Felt short changed by the timings. Not good value for money as we only got one full day to the price.

Excellent location, off road parking, small but well laid out so it feels much bigger, two toilets, good shower, clean and comfortable. Lots of facilities and amenities.

Location and lovely little hideaway . Loved the upstairs lay out . A bath and shower. Enclosed and private .
Unfortunately the hover didn’t work and the downstairs radiator.
For a winter letting, it needed thicker duvets and curtains to stop drafts. Fridge needed shelves as no shelves in.
Had a lot of glasses but only 3 mugs.
Coffee table take up a lot of room.
Shame the shower room is big as it would be nice to have a table to sit at.

Well equipped. Good location. Enclosed outside area for the dog. Secure parking was great.
Walls were very marked & everywhere could benefit from a lick of paint. The bungalow was very cold on arrival & took around 4 hours to warm up. Better instructions would be appreciated for the heating. Extra bedding could be provided as there was plenty of storage space. Needed to use pillows from downstairs beds as the ones upstairs were very flat.
