Spacious, clean, very comfortable and everything you need. Very easy to park, lovely park opposite. Easy to get into the centre of York. Great comms with host. Would recommend.

Great location, nice size, good to have a garden, two toilets, no problems with parking.
If I had to say something, just a mirror in the other two bedrooms.

Great location, ample space for the family, enough facilities for all of us. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean property but tired and in places. Could tell it was a diy finish but having said that was nice.
Had to clean the garden as a lot of dog poo left from precious guests. Wasn’t a good start. Could understand one or two missed by the cleaner but there was literally loads of it. Mattresses not to our liking, not much sleep was had.
