Mary was a very lovely host - she even left us some yummy cupcakes in the kitchen! The house has character and is in a super location, 5 mins walk to the city wall and 10 mins to the Minster/city centre. 3 double bed rooms was perfect for us.
Parking - but I hasten to add that Mary gave us one parking permit, its the size of the road that didn't work for our car. we also came with two cars, but there is a public pay-to-park area very close by.
The main bathroom was downstairs, but that's to be expected in houses of that age.

The house was really home from home it was so lovely a comfortable. I work away a lot for work and some places just feel clinical, not this lovely little house I found I could instantly relax. It had everything we needed for our stay. It is in walking distance to the city so lovely to explore after work.
Just be mindful though the stairs are very steep especially if you are sleeping in the loft space didn’t bother me as it saved me going to the gym for a few days 😊😊

Location and parking.
Just a 5 minute walk into town.
Host was lovely and left cakes in the kitchen for us.
Lovely house but just needs a spring clean in some places.
Very steep stairs.
