The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious. All the usual amenities were present: There was plenty of hot water for showers and simple instructions to keep the apartment warm and cosy. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Private parking is in a secure barrier controlled area close to the apartment access. Instructions to get to the parking and enter the apartment were clear and precise. We found the apartment well situated close to the minster, good pubs and restaurants. There were just 2 of us staying at the apartment but it easily caters for 4 comfortably with 2 double bedrooms.
We loved everything..already looking forward to our next visit..would highly recommend.

Location was great - 10 minutes to minster. Free parking was a big bonus. Apartment was easy to find and access and very comfortable.
The shower and surrounds would benefit from a deep clean, ditto the toilet seat fittings.
Overall everything was clean, just a little bit of attention to details would be good.

stayed in the same block of apartments before and this location is just perfect. Just outside walls, tesaco shop below, parking and one of the best italian restaurants across the road. Will continue to book these whenever we visit york.
only small issue we had was the bedding for the sofa bed, only had a thin duvet and no underblanket that we could find. also the double is a small double in one of the rooms, not a huge issue though.
