I phoned the service deliverer and she gave me the booking code over the phone once I had confirmed my address etc asI had no access to the booking .com app as my computer was at home. She was very helpful and it did not prove to be a big problem
Not sure if I was aware the flat was on the first floor and my son has trouble walking up stairs or too far. I thought the flat was closer to the town, which was a bit far for either of us to walk without some degree of back pain, but we overcome that by using taxis both ways when we could.
we both have back problems and I personally found the bed difficult to adjust to but that is something I always have to live with.

Location was excellent as only a short walk into the city and to the station. Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and in a very quiet street. We will definitely return in the future.
The only thing was the lack of opportunity to recycle paper, plastic and glass at the property.
