Lovely spacious clean flat with great decor. Comfortable beds, quiet location and good shower
Not having a washing machine in the actual flat itself was slightly disappointing as I was travelling with teenagers who seem to generate washing from nowhere

This apartment was fantastic! Very spacious, clean, really well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood! Hardly ten minutes walking from entering the York's walls and 15 minutes from train station. Information provided for the check in and out were easy and straightforward. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended!
I will mention it here, even if it was not a big deal: the internal doors' closing mechanism was annoyingly strong and a bit noisy, especially if you want to move around the apartment a lot.

Decorated to a high standard. Very clean and had everything we needed.
Felt safe and amazing location
Just plumbing issues…The shower was not good at all, couldn’t get hot water to last long enough to wash myself and there was no power to it so was impossible to wash properly.
Sink blocked every time used in bathroom.
And kitchen sink smelt really bad when using it.
