Apartment was in an excellent location. A 5 minute walk to the centre. Apartment was clean and spacious with excellent facilities.

The property was in an ideal location for exploring York. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Very tidy and beautifully presented with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, a lovely welcome pack of tea coffee biscuits clean linen and towels .
Nothing really except maybe a little more attention to high and low dusting there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders but as I said before it was lovely and clean

Beautiful location so easy to get to everything . Coffee pod machine. Quiet location easy to park outside.
Needed a deep clean, leak in the bathroom that the plumber couldn't fix. Lack of items in the kitchen needs restocking. Damp problem and plaster was hanging off the wall in places. Sofa bed was not a 2 person as advertised but 1 which kept tipping over.
