Good location and spacious rooms

The location was ideal for us as we were attending a wedding at the registry office just a 5 minute walk down the road. The apartment was spacious and generous sized bedrooms. Self check in is easy and convenient.

Decor was slightly dated and bedding had stains on.

Great find

The apartment was terrific, we were two couples, so two bathroom was great. The location 10 mins walk from the centre of York is a big plus. If we visit York again, we would definitely book again!

One slight issue was the hot water, it ran out for the 4th shower in the morning, not sure why?!

Fantastic, comfortable stay in a great location.

It was in a great location, outside of the centre but not too far to walk. We just used Uber later on in the evening. Parking was easy to find on the street.

The only issue we had was the WiFi was a bit patchy and we couldn’t get the tv to work, but this didn’t really cause many problems as we only wanted to use these before we went out and we were out most of the evening.

Smartly furnished and decorated with some lovely period features and clean. Lovely bedrooms with two double beds, smartly decorated with.modern furniture. Both the en-suite and bathroom were clean, modern and in excellent condition. The lounge area with kitchen, table in the bay window and large corner sofa were all very comfortable and a pleasant space to have breakfast and relax in the evening. Excellent location, only a short 10 min walk into the centre of York with lots to see on the way e.g. lovely buildings, a bakery, shops, restaurants, a park and pubs, all flat. Ground floor apartment (Apartment A).

I would highly recommend this property, its location to town is excellent alongside the parking.

Information was provided prior to arrival it was all very well organised.

This is minor the extractor fan in the ensuite is noisy and takes awhile to turn off. Ok in the day but when you are about to head to bed, it can disrupt you gettting off to sleep, whilst you wait for it to turn off.

Lovely 2 bedroom upstairs apartment with use of washing machine on the landing. Very clean comfortable bedding 2 bathrooms lounge/kitchen big windows looking out to street. Carpark on street able to walk to main sites no supplies but able to walk to places to eat

Great location good little flat very very bad bed

Clean and well kitted out. Great location and great En suites. Host gave lots of tips and communicated when he could although unfortunately no one to contact over weekends/bank holidays which was when we stayed. Really liked the chocolate bars left.

The bed in the left bedroom needs a new mattress our sleep was really horrendous, mattress was thin and soft with massive central dip. The loo seat was badly broken & hot water ran out for shower on last morning. The WiFi was very patchy.

It was in a really good location only a short walk into the city centre. Good facilities aswell as well as parking!

Could have done with a touch up of paint and a couple of the cupboard doors were loose. But the stay overall we couldn’t fault!
