Easy location to walk into York. Easy to get uber to York racers. Huge comfortable beds. Excellent communication with the host. Easy parking on street. Host sorts permit.

Location was great - just a short 10 min walk from the Bootham entrance of the city walks. Comprehensive facilities, including a washer/dryer in a common laundry room and microwave and oven in the apartment.
Lack of lift for apartments on higher floors.

Parking was easy.The beds were clean.
Outside lamp at front door didnt work so couldnt see the keypad in dark.Decor was very tired looking and the cooker hob had greasy marks where someone had tried to wipe it. The main bedroom was not en suite and photos in the advertisment did not look like apartment B at 50 Bootham cresent. Wouldnt stay again.
