The only thing there was only 3 forks and there was 4 of us but we managed.

Loved the city of York,well worth the visit.

Parking was easy.The beds were clean.

Outside lamp at front door didnt work so couldnt see the keypad in dark.Decor was very tired looking and the cooker hob had greasy marks where someone had tried to wipe it. The main bedroom was not en suite and photos in the advertisment did not look like apartment B at 50 Bootham cresent. Wouldnt stay again.

A lovely apartment with simple and clear communication/instructions. I’d definitely rebook if ever in York again.

The location was great! Walking distance even for children. The property had everything we needed for our two nights in York. Having free parking was really good and it was such an easy process to organise. The communication and instructions provided by David prior to our arrival was very clear and simple.

Definitely not a deal breaker but the water was so hot and hard to find a good temperature for showers. Just had to be extra careful for my child showering.

Great apartment in convenient location.

Stylish comfortable apartment, perfect for our needs. Both bedrooms en-suite with good showers. Loved the location and the short walk to into town seeing all the twinkling Christmas lights along the way. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

It was on the top floor of 3 storey building so few stairs to climb.. Fine for us but may not be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs.

Big beds

Hideous decor. Like a student flat back in the 80’s Old uncomfy corduroy sofa straight from a rather awful catelogue. Dated wallpaper. Live laugh love type pictures & ornaments everywhere. Hideous lamps. Black and grey colour scene. Kettle balanced on top of the microwave. Horrible damp drain smell. Cobwebs hanging from lounge ceiling. Poor quality everything. Mis matched cutlery to dirty showers with chipped tiles & mouldy grout So cheap & awful. Was pleased to leave Must be the worst street in York. Wheelie bins everywhere, rubbish, poor kerb appeal, dark walk to main road into centre At £204 a night, just awful Could have had a lovely hotel room with breakfast for less! Thought a 2 bedroom apartment would give us more space but it was cramped & claustophobic. A cheap conversion of a terraced house

Excellent stay for the Christmas markets - would recommend.

Very clean, comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms. All you need to self cater and a smart TV. Having parking was a big bonus. Quiet side street very close to the city centre.

Wifi really patchy and could have done with a couple more small shower gels and shampoo bottles

Location was perfect. Short walk into town. Great having 2 bathrooms. Apartment had everything needed for short stay Very clean and comfortable. Being able to park outside was a bonus Communication with owner David very good. He responded quickly and positively

Good location and spacious rooms

The location was ideal for us as we were attending a wedding at the registry office just a 5 minute walk down the road. The apartment was spacious and generous sized bedrooms. Self check in is easy and convenient.

Decor was slightly dated and bedding had stains on.

Great find

The apartment was terrific, we were two couples, so two bathroom was great. The location 10 mins walk from the centre of York is a big plus. If we visit York again, we would definitely book again!

One slight issue was the hot water, it ran out for the 4th shower in the morning, not sure why?!

Fantastic, comfortable stay in a great location.

It was in a great location, outside of the centre but not too far to walk. We just used Uber later on in the evening. Parking was easy to find on the street.

The only issue we had was the WiFi was a bit patchy and we couldn’t get the tv to work, but this didn’t really cause many problems as we only wanted to use these before we went out and we were out most of the evening.

Smartly furnished and decorated with some lovely period features and clean. Lovely bedrooms with two double beds, smartly decorated with.modern furniture. Both the en-suite and bathroom were clean, modern and in excellent condition. The lounge area with kitchen, table in the bay window and large corner sofa were all very comfortable and a pleasant space to have breakfast and relax in the evening. Excellent location, only a short 10 min walk into the centre of York with lots to see on the way e.g. lovely buildings, a bakery, shops, restaurants, a park and pubs, all flat. Ground floor apartment (Apartment A).

I would highly recommend this property, its location to town is excellent alongside the parking.

Information was provided prior to arrival it was all very well organised.

This is minor the extractor fan in the ensuite is noisy and takes awhile to turn off. Ok in the day but when you are about to head to bed, it can disrupt you gettting off to sleep, whilst you wait for it to turn off.

Clean spacious appartment. Both bedrooms are a nice size with comfy beds. Really appreciated the early check in which was much needed to get ready for daugther's graduation.
