The location was ideal with a short walking distance to York Minster and the shops.
Plenty of space for a larger group with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.
Lack of on street parking was inconvenient and an additional cost to factor in, which although is reimbursed after the stay, I do feel should be made much clearer when booking.
WiFi and address details were inaccurate / inconsistent between the booking details and information provided in welcome book.
We did find the property to be lacking in a few basic things which would have been useful, such as kitchen roll, scissors, more than one tea towel, anti bac’ spray etc.
A dog towel for a pet friendly property would also be useful to aid with keeping the property clean.
