It was a good central location. The apartment was very well appointed - comfy beds and plenty of space. The parking was nice dnd secure.

Two couples stayed here. We loved the apartment, which is beautiful and in a lovely building in an equally attractive and peaceful setting, just a short walk fom the city walls and York Minster. The apartment is very roomy and stylishly furnished, and there is a definite sense of thoughtfulness, quality and finish to everything, but it is also extremely well-equipped in terms of facilities. There are also lots of built-in charging ports and the wi-fi is strong - always appreciated! We all agreed that the beds are great and it may well be the most comfortable one I've ever slept in (really). There was a lovely welcome for us in the form of some delicious goodies, which we really appreciated after a long, stress-filled journey. We only come to York for a short break about once every 2-3 years and have been doing this for decades but this was by far the nicest place we've stayed in so far, it was worth every penny and we would stay here again in a second. Highly recommended.
