Very cozy accommodation with a British atmosphere. Convenient location, cozy

Even though there was a washing machine, there was no place to dry things and the extractor fan in the bathroom was weak. So it was quite humid.

This is a great location for visiting York, a 5 min walk into the city. It is lovely and clean, tidy and plenty of space for a couple/ small family. The kitchen is filled with plenty of equipment which is great, the bed is extremely comfortable and the entire apartment is clean which is a biggie for me. Easy to access with a pram and the permit parking is great if you’re driving here.

Only suggestion/ constructive criticism I have is that the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable as it is just fold out with spring no mattress and extra pillows would have been more ideal. Also maybe some complimentary soap for the shower/ extra toilet rolls as we only had 1 and half rolls on arrival and the wifi did go off on the second day and hasn’t come back on however we have 5G so it hasn’t really been an issue for us but maybe something to consider if you don’t. Wouldn’t let this put you off though as it is great value for money especially with the location for easy access to the city

The TV is very poor quality, it is a smart TV but does not connect to the WiFi, also slightly damaged and needs replacing. Staff and owner a bit iffy, asked on the first afternoon if someone could visit to sort out the issues we were having with the TV, got nothing back apart from them telling us how to fix it ourselves and questions. Only offered to pop over when I told them to forget about it. Shower head needs replacing, railhead shower but very rough and uncomfortable, shower room was prone to flooding
