This contemporary and spacious duplex two-bedroom apartment offers modern style and comfort throughout. As you enter the hallway, you’ll find a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for relaxation and convenience. The cosy living space features a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV, and a coffee table, alongside a dining table that seats four. The sleek grey kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher, with a full selection of glassware, crockery, and cookware provided.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a welcoming, modern feel. It benefits from a private en-suite shower room complete with a shower unit, vanity basin, and WC. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed and its own en-suite shower room for added privacy.
For your convenience, essentials such as hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, bed linen, and towels are all included. If required. a travel cot is stored within the common area of the building, near the tumble dryer (please note bed linen is not provided for the cot).

This property is located about 15 minutes walk from York Minster. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It is in the top floor so there are stairs and the master bedroom is up a narrow circular staircase. I was fine but it was too difficult for my parents to manage. Highly recommend this property for adults.

The flat was nicely furnished and comfortable. It has all the conveniences of home. There are a lot of stairs if that is an issue for you … but that seems to be true of all we have stayed in. The location is close to stores and restaurants and the bus lines.

Loved the location, so close to the city centre. The extra touches like chocolates and speciality coffee added to the warmth of the two story flat.
