What a great stay! Very close to everything but in a quiet area. John was really helpful and even met us arrival with some milk - which was much appreciated. Great to have a comfy living room and garden area.

The property is in a quiet area situated in the heart of York with easy walking distance to all the main attractions. John the owner was extremely helpful in making sure we knew everything about the property when we arrived and was always on the other end of the phone should we need anything. The property had everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Having private parking in a secure space was a bonus. We went as a couple but the property coupld easily accommodate 4 people.
