Nice modern apartment conveniently located for city centre and train station

The location was just perfect, easy access to the railway station and to the city centre.
There was a sort of droning noise that could be heard all day and night. Which was a bit off putting.

Communication with the team was excellent. All queries were answered quickly and professionally and they were flexible with a couple of requests.
Location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to town so you didn't have all the noise of York city centre but could get there easily.
The security into the complex and the building was a nice feature.
The sofa was broken/worn out and uncomfortable and there was a stain in the middle of it.

Great position near station and York city centre
No instructions as to where to find the key or exactly where the apartment was situated.the apartment was like an ice box on arrival , outside temperature was just 1 °c,turned up the thermostat but no heating came on ,contacted your helpline and a portable heater was supplied, we turned it off when we went out as it was an old heater that couldn't be adjusted, this meant we returned to a cold apartment ,the bathroom had no heating not did the bedroom ,not great in the middle of winter
