Perfect for our needs, fabulous location. Even had a Christmas tree as we went for the Christmas market. Amazing attention to detail!
Hot water in the shower ran out quickly - not enough for 2 of us to shower.

There was space as it is a unit with separate living area. The kitchen facilities were useful and the location was good to visit the city.
Despite best efforts at providing instructions, finding the key for this unit at night proved very difficult and we were phaffing about in the pouring rain. Cellular coverage in unit was so weak that any internet connection was not possible and phone calls were very patchy. Suggest a few more details required (new couch, coat hangers, deep clean in kitchen) to bring this unit up to standard.

Great position near station and York city centre
No instructions as to where to find the key or exactly where the apartment was situated.the apartment was like an ice box on arrival , outside temperature was just 1 °c,turned up the thermostat but no heating came on ,contacted your helpline and a portable heater was supplied, we turned it off when we went out as it was an old heater that couldn't be adjusted, this meant we returned to a cold apartment ,the bathroom had no heating not did the bedroom ,not great in the middle of winter
