Superb location, very close to the centre of York, yet tucked away from the busy city. Good facilities, really lovely flat.
It's tricky to find if you don't read the clear instructions properly, but I claim full responsibility for that!

The location was fab 👌 so close to the train station and an ncp car park .
Seating outside had bird poo over it and weeds growing out the patio so couldn't sit outside No cloths or cleaning products to clean around with , just a dirty washing up sponge, so we didn't eat or drink as I was worried that's what someone had used to wash up with The apartment was ok. It looked clean until you looked closer. The microwave was dirty we never used it .The neighbours above were very loud . ...... The apartment was ok. Maybe they need to speak to the cleaner

The location of the property is fantastic! There is plenty of space in the bedrooms and the coffee machine/pods was a nice touch.
The apartment was not 100% clean with dusty spots throughout. The front of the apartment also needs some TLC.

Helpful Host: The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic Location: Walking distance to almost everything in York, which made sightseeing effortless. Clean & Well-Stocked: The interior of the flat was clean overall, and it was nice to have tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided.
Property Condition & Value: The flat appears much newer and higher quality in the photos than it actually is, so it felt a bit overpriced for the current condition. Bathroom Venting: There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and very little ventilation/airflow. Outdoor Area: The patio table and chairs were dirty with bird droppings, rendering the outside space unusable for our stay
