The location of the property is fantastic! There is plenty of space in the bedrooms and the coffee machine/pods was a nice touch.
The apartment was not 100% clean with dusty spots throughout. The front of the apartment also needs some TLC.

Appartamento ben curato, in zona silenziosa. Posizione ottimale per visitare York, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i punti di maggior interesse. Molto comodo per 4 persone. Consigliatissimo.

The location was spot on for what we required however this was one of the reasons we picked this property.
The apartment was dirty. The cleaner didn't clean any glasses or mugs from the previous occupier - dried coffee stains that could be washed off. Drain in the shower was full of hair and slime which meant the water wouldn't drain away properly. The floors were not swept or mopped and there was a smell from the previous occupier lingering - little bit of airfresh would have made the biggest of difference.

Location
Bit shabby outside, windows in very poor condition. Very warm but fan was good, probably could do with more fans for bedrooms. Water pressure not great.
