Apartment was in a great location, close to lots of local amenities and the train station. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a weekend break. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and im sure we’ll be back.

Very easy to collect keys - Close to the station and main town. Has everything you need to make stay comfortable. Instructions on the welcome back were very clear.

Nothing I did not like but the floor in the toilet was slippy with or without socks on. It was dry.

It was very clean and modern bed was comfy bathroom was small, had everything we needed for a self catering apartment, good location short distance to the train station and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Apartment 4 is in the loft space gets very warm and if your a tall person you might have to bend your head in the bedroom as very low ceiling the only negative about this place i have is it is very noisy the pub nxt door tips loads of bottles into bins outside at night time, people talking outside till 4 in the morning we got woke up early with beer barrels being rolled down the path nxt door we did not have one good nights sleep but i guess thats the price you pay for being in the centre of everything we also had work being done on a roof nearby so every morning we could hear them banging but work was nearly finished so might not be a problem much longer.

Nice self contained studio flat with even a washing machine and washing powder. Great to be able to walk into city centre although they need to give you a better description on how to walk there. There is a shortcut through to Mickelgate which I would have liked them to inform me about (I figured it out myself)

They need to be clearer about the address on Booking.com You can hear neighbours on top of you walking. When neighbours put their washing machine on the whole studio is vibrating. A bit complicated with the key box process, should be modernised.
