Location is fantastic 2 minutes from City Centre, local Tesco store on doorstep for necessities friendly pub across the road with another on the same side with large garden and both serving food.

The location was fantastic, so central yet quiet. The shower was excellent and the bed and sofa bed were comfy. The kitchen was clean and well resourced for a short break.
Although I recognise they were there for safety the automatic sensor lights for the bathroom were rather disturbing for a guest sleeping on the sofa bed!

Location was ideal. Just stepped outside and we were right in the centre of York.
Parking. But host let us park at her other property which was a 5min walk away which was very kind of her. Thank you.
