The location and the air con. Plus the kitchen set up and all the small touches (eg the dvds and shampoo)

Muy bien todo.. el que te registra tus placas para estacionar tu auto en cualquier lugar municipal fue espectacular no lo habíamos visto en ninguna parte, debería de implementarse en todas las ciudades. Cómodo y funcional.
Espero que el error haya sido de nuestra parte el no saber arrancar la lavadora de ropa.

The property is located in the perfect spot for a quick walk into the city centre! Excellent facilities surrounding the apartment with bars and a shop just underneath the apartment. Bathrooms where spotless too.
The living room/kitchen area looks tired, needs some TLC, especially the flooring. The second bedroom had crumbs on the floor which we cleaned up when we arrived, and the TV had been set to turn on at 6am with children’s TV, I am assuming by the previous user.
