Fountain Apartment No 1 with Free parking

Kitchen great, bedroom excellent, shower super. Car park was great. Location was good. Instructions and YouTube videos were very good.

It was hot weather and there was no windows that could open, plenty fans No zircon.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but when we arrived what a lovely surprise. A very spacious 2-bedroomed apartment with excellent facilities, everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and despite the apartment overlooking a busy road you couldn't hear a sound. The apartment is up a flight of stairs, there isn't a lift, so be aware. But all in all a great stay in York. Very central, just a walk of a few minutes and you are in the heart of everything! Plus there's a little Tesco supermarket downstairs. Seriously, everything you'd need.

I have no complaints, but, if I could change anything - we could not open any windows because they are sealed shut. The weather was very good whilst we were there and the apartment felt very stuffy. Plus my husband likes to sleep with the window slightly open, so this really got to him.

Good location, comfy beds, nice bathroom, parking very good

Harsh acoustics, not enough soft material, cold floors could do with more carpets, stools at the breakfast bar very uncomfortable and not user friendly. Some areas very dusty, not enough toilet paper, no recycling facilities
