Well presented apartment in a fantastic location with everything seeming to be just a 10/15 minute walk away including parking.
I would have preferred to be able to open all the windows (I could only the cupboard window opened) but the apartment was cool and fans provided in every room.

Location was perfect.
Beds were clean, place was roomy and a good location. The music in the bar behind didn’t bother us. The place does need a deeper clean which reading reviews from previous guests can/should be addressed. To owners, can provide pictures of issues if you need them. Will not post them. The address given is 22/24 Spurriergate however theres no clear numbers on the front door. Providing a photo so future guests can see door and find the place.

The flat was a comfortable size
Right behind there was a Yates Beer garden that was packed every night of our stay thus no sleep until the early hours. The walls in the flat were not clean. The entrance and staircase was filthy. No lid to the bins.
