Great apartment in a good location, just a short stroll along a quiet path between the houses to Monkgate. The apartment itself has everything you need. The kids loved the ladder stairs to the loft bedroom with its own rolltop bath! We also made use of the York monopoly game in the storage ottoman. The off street parking was a bonus, and the host kindly let us arrive early and leave our car a little longer after checkout. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing - but we noticed the blind in the loft needs fixing.

Great location and the flat had everything we needed. Lovely attention to detail. Kitchen was really well equipped and the beds were all super comfy..I slept on the sofa bed, which was pretty comfortable considering it was a sofa bed. My teen daughter loved the upstairs attic room.
Owners answered questions promptly.
The cleanliness could have been much better. Linen, kitchen and bathroom were ok. But not super clean. Towel radiator and shower screen sticky dusty, stairs hadn't been hoovered in a while and generally dusty/grubby.
As there was plenty of cleaning stuff, I did some cleaning myself so that we felt comfortable. Not ideal.
Parking for one car only .. we had two cars in our party and it was not easy to organise parking for the second vehicle. Inconvenient but doable with some planning.
