Fantastic location. Easy walking distance from York Station and everywhere else of interest. Great pub just round corner...quiz night on a Thursday a lot of fun.
Shower was very hard to turn on and off and took forever to heat up. Stepping into bath wasn't easy either as I am quite short but no other complaints.

Very comfortable beds, great location, stylish interior and everything we could need was provided. The house was very fresh and cool during the heatwave and thank you very much for the wine and chocolates, that was a lovely touch! We came by car as we were planning to visit other places too and parked at Union Terrace - quite reasonable for the 2 days and only a 2 minute walk away. We walked everywhere though. It was our second visit to York and would definitely stay again, if you'd have us.
it's just me - I'm very sensitive to pet smells (cat allergy) and could sense that a dog had visited previously, but I knew it was a pet friendly house and it was only me that noticed it. It was not a deal breaker at all.

Great location, comfortable beds and excellent host
We shared the flat with a other couple and with only one bathroom we would have liked a lock of some sort on the bathroom door

It was so conveniently located and everything was in very close proximity. Apartment was generally pretty clean. Excellent facilities
I think the bathroom would benefit from a lock on the door. We stayed in the apartment as 2 separate couples, so everyone someone needed to use the bathroom we had to announce it to avoid someone accidentally bursting in.
