It was an easy walk into York town centre, yet still a very quiet street.
The hard floors needed a deep clean. We kept tripping over the rug which had raised edges. Other than that the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet location. Parking was easy, just one minute walk from the property. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect location for visiting York, the old town is just 10 Minutes away, so you don't need to move the car. Good base for visiting the surrounding sights, for example Castle Howard. Very nice and helpful host. Would definitely book again.
The single beds squeak with every move, so you most likely wake your neighbour when turning round in bed. Some storing space would have been nice; we left everything in the living room. We only stayed 3 nights, so it wasn't a problem, but I wouldn't have liked it for a longer stay.
