The instructions were very clear and included photographs to help. Easy to access We did not meet owners but communication was excellent and we had a telephone number to ring if there were any problems. Property is close to city centre and we were pleasantly surprised how quiet the area and especially the road on which we were located. Our stay was to fit in with a surgical procedure a family member was undergoing at York Hospital. It was an ideal location, just a few minutes walk from the hospital, therefore no hassle finding somewhere to park and no parking charges.
We arrived at night when it was dark. lighting would have been useful to help with the key code Information on location of router and code for wifi needs updating. Information on recycling would be useful ie. what goes in each bin and recycling boxes

The location was very quite. It wasn't vey far to the city centre. It had a garden, which was a plus. We paring of road for the car.
The boiler wasn't working right.
